Excellent diagnostic abilities
My GP referred me with excruciating lower abdominal pain to Dr Leon Meiring. 1st visit. He fitted me in between other patients (to the dismay of other patients) as an emergency, physically examined me & listened to my story/symptoms. Within two ticks and without expensive scans he pin-pointed the problem by only applying some finger pressure to my lower abdomen. His prescription removed the discomfort & pain immediately and the medication cured me 100% within 5 days. Do not expect irrelevant chitchat or small talk - expect to the point questions, a full and thorough description of the diagnosed condition and a script that worked wonders. Even the late 5:30 pm consultation the next day was not too late on a Friday to fit in a consultation to discuss the results of a blood test and to again explain everything for my spouse

Most would have passed the buck
Trey (working in the broker support call centre department) assisted me in re-instating my DQ track reporting system. He took trouble to understand the core problem, sourced the answers and very efficiently assisted me step by step on the computer to get it re-activated. He made sure that everything was operational before he allowed me to ring off. Most other call centre agents in his position would have given me either the DQ Track or the C Track call centre number.<br> Michiel Kirchner
