<p>Do your homework before using this dealership. I can't abide dishonesty and lies. Go to a reputable dealership and pay a bit more. It will be worth it in the end. They refused to uphold a 12 month guarantee on replaced LCD - firstly saying they made a mistake on the invoice, then saying it was glass and NOT an LCD that had been replaced even though the price charged was for an LCD and it clearly said LCD on the invoice, and the front desk lady told me there was a 12 month guarantee, and then finally LUKE admitted it was the LCD, but refused to replace without charging again because suddenly their back up computer told them there was no 12 month guarantee! The story changed so many times it made my head spin. The manager NIC BARNES left the shop before my query was dealt with leaving his ill advised staff to flounder around. I will take my iPhone to a reputable dealer and hopefully IBreak have not damaged it irreparably it took LUKE over an hour to restore it to original, which is concerning given that it took them less time than that to 'fix' it. </p>
On Monday, 13th April I enquired about a Used Hyundai i30 for sale at CMH Chevrolet Boksburg. I test drove the car late that same afternoon, and asked for a quotation the following day. I received this quote on Tuesday with a 7 day validity. I then emailed David with a few questions and called him to say I was interested in buying and had to sort out a valuation on the extended warranty on my existing car. He agreed. The very next day, Wednesday,I sent an email saying that I would definitely buy the car, followed up the following morning at 8.30am with a phone call to confirm he had received the mail and asked for the procedure to follow since I was trading in my Hyundai ix35. He said he was waiting for paperwork from the bank and that he would bring the car to me. I was to confirm whether I would be selling the ix35 together with the extended warranty or not. At 11.16am I received a call to say the car had been sold to someone else! I was furious as at no time was I told there was any question of me not being able to purchase the car, indeed the quotation had a validity of SEVEN days and I was awaiting confirmation from the insurers re the extended warranty. I am disgusted.
