We still continue to wait for the R15000 to be paid back for a job not done or for the job to be done. Jacques is a liar and an excellent scamster. He plays the feel sorry card with confidence. Do not trust this company! He does not deliver on promises made
Jacques disappears without completing the project. I know of about 3 incomplete and unhappy clients so far. He can not be trusted! He tricks one into paying 50% or more and then continues to make promises without delivering on these promises. We attempted to have our existing pool fibre glassed. Started on 28 January. The job is not done or completed. We have a dam of water on a raw surface with mosquitos and rotten leaves to show for R15 000
An intercom was installed in September 2014 as well as a weather box.<br> <br> Had such a bad experience with conversion of a swinging gate to a sliding gate through them after the intercom was installed as well that we stopped using them.<br> <br> Their intercom is now faulty, apparently due to rain damage, because their installed weather box had a leak. We were unaware until we had the unit removed. We are now blamed for breach of contract, because the unit was removed by another provider and they claim it night not even be our unit. Centurion already analysed the unit, it is ours.<br> <br> They agreed to replace the unit when I asked for a legit invoice from Centurion to claim under the 1 year guarantee. After replacement they invoiced me all of a sudden. No cost was discussed prior to the installation and I assumed it was under guarantee.<br> <br> Furthermore they charged R 5 000 last year (excl. call out and labour) for the unit that I now know only costs R 2 500, their price quoted now, as well as other security shops.<br> <br> Do not trust this company!
