Thee Fix Service Review
The staff members on the floor were kind and helpful. Clothes are of good quality and worth the price. Had to collect an online order and return a few items, the service was amazing. Thank You

We Fix Pools, Jacques Swanepoel, Jacques o Neill, Wayne Geminova
Scam Artist Jacques Swanpoel is not who he claims to be, he goes under other names according to my research. In Cape town he was Jacques Van Wyk, Wayne Geminova and claimed to own a few pool companies such as Modern Pools and Nova Pools. Now in Johannesburg he has done the same thing as well as take peoples deposits and never complete or even start jobs, he always is on the run moving from place to place with his girlfriend who goes by the name of Julie(Jules) o Neill also Jules Geminova apparently. They have a son named Zayden. Last known where abouts was 41 without street, weltevreden park. He claims he is still in Johannesburg working for a company called Penguin pools but i think that is a lie too. He owes me as well as alot of other people money and needs to be stopped before he keeps scamming more people. He has changed company names a few times in Johannesburg as well. SA handyman was one as well as pool builders. Be careful if you see this man as he probably will take your money and never do the job as he sounds very knowledgeable about pools.

HUGE scamster - stay far away
What a crook. He's a liar and a thief. Extorted money out of me saying he wouldn't continue working unless I paid money (we had agreed 50% on completion). Then disappeared. Always had a story about a child or his staff or traffic or some other nonsense. He's a terrible human being. I see from the other comments he has a modus operandi: very charming and professional at first. Quickly asks for more cash. Then starts disappearing. Very earnest whatsapps about no-shows. Eventually he told me he had bigger paying clients and couldn't be bothered to finish the job. And wouldn't be returning all the equipment (including pump) I had paid for. He actually sent me a picture of my pump confirming he had bought it but wouldn't deliver. Serious crook. stay far away from this revolting human being

We fix Pools / Build a Pool - Jacques Swanepoel
Broken promises for over a month - leaving us with an empty pool. Jacques Swanepoel was professional until he got the deposit . Thereafter he made promises to arrive every day - never materialising. When patience eventually ran out - he refused to come until TRUE reviews of his non arrival were removed - even after we gave him second and third chances ! DO NOT USE HIM- and Check other pool ownership as he simply changes company names ( was Build a Pool)

Not trustworthy, a con artist
We still continue to wait for the R15000 to be paid back for a job not done or for the job to be done. Jacques is a liar and an excellent scamster. He plays the feel sorry card with confidence. Do not trust this company! He does not deliver on promises made

Jacques Swanepoel and his partner W Nemeti are scam artists. Once they take your deposit , you never see them again. At first they appear to be so proffessional etc untill they get your deposit -they just never start the job . They have a million excuses but the bottom line is they are thieves. We needed our pool filled,compacted He came with a very proffesional quote and advice- we took our time in making a descision once we did he hounded us for a deposit We stupidly paid him 50% He has never been back-evem after countless calls -he was full of excuses why he couldnt come etc Basically he has taken our money and gone He promised to pay us back and that has not happened
