I have made a purchase online from Makro and the payment for delivery of goods. One of the goods was not the same as was online, and we requested for the collection of the item. I had to call Makro almost everyday for them to instruct someone to come collect their own goods. The goods was collected on 8th March 2022, till date (6 April 2022) no refund has been received, I've been calling them almost everyday in request of the refund, every time I'm informed that the matter will be escalated. You are only required to speak to the call center and unable to escalate or speak to managers because only the call center can. Should you wish to use this method of shopping with Makro, save yourself...... it's a frustrating process
