I have never seen a Courier company that offers FNB clients such a poor service like CCD Couriers, FNB seriously needs to considerusinganother company to do their deliveries. My FNB cheque card was scheduled to be delivered last Monday on 13 April, I was told to have my ID, ID copy and proof of address which has been sitting here since last Monday. I still have not received my card after 10 calls I made to them, the call centre staff kept asking me for my ID number and I had to tell the same story to each of them, all I heard was lies that the delivery guy was here and I never had the correct proof of address, the other one told me that I was not available when the guy came to my office which was another lie because I made sure that when they get here the receptionist calls me even if I am in a meeting. <br> I had to contact them daily last week to find out what is going on? We then re-scheduled for Friday before 12 pm, but once again there was no delivery. I called following up, and was requested to hold and eventually the phone was just thrown down. That is the treatment I had been getting everytime they asked me to hold, today is Tuesday 21 April my card has not been delivered still
