Worst online shopping experience. Placed an order, waited for 2 full weeks only to be told that the item is not in stock when I follow up on the delivery date. Horrible horrible customer service. It’s the second time this is happening with an online order.
<p>Horrible Experience!! I purchased an Asus Laptop and it came with a faulty Touchpad. Web antics and Their supplier refuse to replace it; they are insisting that there is nothing wrong with it! There are multiple clips on YouTube of people experiencing the issue and their supplier have sorted it out! There are people who purchased the same model on Amazon who also experienced the same issue and Amazon replaced or fixed their laptop, Yet Webantics and their supplier insist that that’s how the touchpad works! I couldn’t cancel the order and return the laptop because I requested an upgrade on the hard drive and RAM and webantics policy refuses to accept customised purchases. So I am now stuck with this Mess!! </p>
I am trying to get a new contract with MTN and I have been told that my previous account (from 2012) has been handed to the corporate legal department yet no one has ever tried to contact me regarding this. I have been trying to call this legal department for over 2 days now. this is totally unacceptable, I firstly should have been made aware if there was an issue on my account in 2012 already before i converted to prepaid. also I should not have to struggle this much to get a hold of this legal department to resolve this issue! <br> <br> Maybe I must just get my contract with another service provider!
