Thankyou discovery insure
How is it possible to get so many rewards, my cash back is like the same as my premiums!!! That is sooo amazing, who wouldn't want that?! And on a 2nd note..I wanted to thank discovery insure for helping me stop speeding.

Thank you Discovery
I just want to thank God and thank discovery health for saving my son's life (and the doctors) After he was in a motorbike bike accident, discovery paid 99.9% of his bills. I used to think my premiums were high, but after seeing how much the doctors and hospital charge the poor medical aid I was shocked and won't ever complain about a premium again. Not once was I made to worry about any bill during this difficult time. He got the best care and made the best recovery I could imagine. Thank you so much.

Planet fitness fees
My son was recently in a motorbike bike accident and in icu on life support. I called planet fitness to inform them of this and asked if there was a way to stop and start again once he is out of hospital as he would want to go back to gym. I was advised to cancel his membership and restart it and told all I would have to pay was 800. I thought this 800 was the 2 months he did not pay as I only called them 2 months after the accident. Now 4 months later he went back to gym the day he got out of hospital and was told he must pay 1600. Why was I not informed that it was possible to freeze his gym membership?

Unreasonable charges on my account
I paid my water account on the 28th of March at an easy pay station and due to this it only shows on my account as being paid on the 1st of April. Due to this I was charged R8 interest. On my account was a R100 deposit increase and a R98.32 \admin fee". When I queried this I was told it was because I did not comply with sending proof of payment.<br> I feel like I'm being robbed being made to pay R200 extra on my next account because my payment shows one day after month end :( are they really allowed to make charges like this?"""
