I had my 30th birthday celebration on 12 of January 2019. we use ThymeKitchen and what an experience. Kobus your team thank you so much. Your guys were on time and the food was out of this world. My guests were asking me who is this company a told themThyme kitchen they were so impressed and so was i. will definitely use you again and recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you, Kobus, for everything your personality and your effort was much appreciated. Please thank the chef he was excellent and he did a very Good Job and was very friendly. thank you for the wonderful food I will rate you 100%. Thank you so much i couldn't than you enough for the great service and food we received.

I wanted to purchase a tablet for my son for his birthday. Takealot had a nice one Huawei tablet for R1029. on purchasing the tablet and headset, the item was still in stock from Johannesburg. Before making the payment on checkout the delivery date was the 26 july 2018 but after making my online payment it stated that delivery is the 7th of August. I couldn't understand why it will take so long cause its a birthday give to my son. after acquiring this matter they inform me it is out of stock, i was shocked cause why would it still be on your website if it was out of stock. after chatting on facebook messager, the person on the other end stated what i would like to do i said he should cancel cause can't wait that long, after a few minutes I told them to wait I'll see how long it will take to be in stock. they told me they have already proceeded with cancellation just after a few seconds. Looks to me that takealot is not worried about their clients or want to do business. To just let a deal go like that shows me that they will loss a lot of money buy chasing their clients away,
up till today, I have received no feedback from anyone, whatsoever. It looks to me that I just have to accept this bad experience I received from your debt collects that handled my account so badly, who didn’t even try to assist me in any way. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I have heard nothing so far. I must just sit back and wait on you people. If this is how you handle your clients then am better off not being one of your clients at all. this is the first time I have experienced so bad service in my life, that you can't pick up or email to say this is the situation. or does it take this long to assist your clients?
I was unemployed for a few months I couldn't make payment on my Edgars account. The lady at the debt collects office contacted me and I informed her I only started working a month ago, we made arrangements for getting a discount on my account and I can settle the amount if I make full payment of R1260, I agreed the amount had to be debt at the 31 of may. I had a problem with the amount in my account the bank took an R100 from the amount I had to pay the account so there was only R1160, so the debit order couldn't go off I contact the call center on ********** . I explain to the lady that the debit order hasn't gone off yet, she said it will, I called back the same day to informed her there are insufficient funds what must I do she just told me I shouldn't worry they will still take the amount. Yesterday I called again then another lady whose name I cant remember saying that the amount I owe is R4000 and I don't have any discount, I explain to her that I got a discount and I need 2 pay R1260 to settle my account but she checked on her system and she told me no. I explain again told her got an SMS to say that they will deduct the amount she told me to forward the SMS to ********** I received a call from ********** , asking me why the debit order didn't go off I explain to her the same thing and ask her if I can deposit the money to settle my account, she asked me why I didn't deposit the money I explain to her that I didn't want to deposit the money cause there was already a debit order. she told me, sorry but you can't get the discount anymore I must pay the full amount of R1700+ I was very upset cause all my troubles of phoning in to resolve this I get a slap in my face. so she told me they will be taking the remaining balance of R500 at the end of the month, no help whatsoever from anyone. I had to agree cause I want to settle my account, I deposit the amount or pay it in at CNA yesterday the amount of R1260 but still, I have to pay an extra R 500 the end of the month because of untrained stuff and people who are not willing to assist you in any way. I will not open my account with Edgars again, When am finished with settling my about of R500 the end of the month I will be closing my account and go to Ackerman or Identity my family never had problems with them,But I will first check who falls under Edgars i will not be associated with any stores that got to do with Edgars. the staff at SSD & Associates are the pits with no help from the ladies there very very unhappy client.
I toke out a contract with Jabba connect in February and in march it when in for repairs and it was such a mission to get feedback on repairs and I told them why did they give me a tablet that is faulty and after a month and a half of struggling and phoning and email jabba connect, they finally told me am getting my tablet back but never knew what the problem was till this day. I regret taking out this contract with Jabba connect because its disappointment after disappointment. I wanted to cancel my contract but the amount they expect of me was to high and Ridicules after having it for a month that amount was so high that I am force to keep this contract. Now I got the tablet back now the speaker is not working. cant Jabba connect not keep there customers happy because am up to hear with this tablet and jabba connect. One problem after the other problem costing me my time and money. I want someone to SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT OR CANCEL MY CONTRACT ASAP!!!!!! I pay for this stupid devise every month R380 money that going down the drain what a waste of money, how would you feel if I stop paying for this tablet you will do everything in your power to make me pay for it and blacklist me
Good Day <br> <br> I bought the tablet or open a contract with Jabba connects and received my parcel on the 02 of February and it didn't work properly and it sir pose to be new. I Phoned Jabba connect and they come and collect it on the 17 of march and yet I have received no feedback from anyone, I don't know what is happening every time they say someone will contact me soon and it will take 21 working days but my question was why is it taking so long and why you give me a broken thing in the first place.<br> <br> Till this day no-one bothered to phone me back and all I get from the emails is someone will contact you shortly.I am very disappoint in this service as I didn't expect this when I open the contract. And it is more the the 21 working days as they promised. Highly disappointed. And when I wanted to cancel my contract of there poor workmanship they give me a huge amount that I cont afford.
