Was not happy. That which was discussed was not done, and when asked to do it, reply was that it was not quoted for. Works not done to standard. They had to level a piece, and do irrigation and then plant grass, afterwards I found out that the completely cut of my existing irrigation that was shown and asked to be careful of. Grass that have been planted is super grown with ****s. Be careful.
I had a Samsung 12000 BTU Maldives Inverter aircon installed in our tv room with measured size of 15.98 sqm. Since we first used the unit it has been giving problems of switching on and off on its own coupled with extreme noises. The issue was compounded in the winter of 2016, and that is when I contacted Samsung to restore the unit to working function. A year later, backwards and forwards, numerous calls, various repairs done by several technicians and the matter was still not resolved. Even to the point where the entire unit was removed, sent for repairs, reinstalled, re-worked on after installation and it is still making extreme noises. At this point (Jul 2017) I lost all confidence in this unit and escalated the matter to Samsung complaints department and called upon my right for a unit replacement as per warranty agreement (since no extra repairs would restore my confidence in this unit). After another month and a half, I received a final response from Samsung stating that the repairs was done in goodwill (I thought it was because of the warranty period still being valid), based on the fact that their reports from their technicians state that the room is too big, which again has been proven false as per introduction statement. (This is not the first excuse they came up with during the course of a year and 3 months) After which I got confirmation from various Samsung stores and Samsung technicians that the 12000 BTU unit can service a room with measured size of 20-25sqm. It seems Samsung is trying to come up with every excuse in the book, so that they do not have to replace the 1 out of 3000 units that is not functioning properly as per their obligations. (confirmation of this also received by Samsung technicians) I contacted them for a last time to try and resolve this issue since their repose was based on false and weak information (excuses so as to try and avoid their obligations in terms of the warranty agreement). I have not received any repose from my last communication to them which leads me to believe that I have paid a considerable amount of money for a faulty appliance, which has now triggered my loss of faith in the Samsung brand and hence to get a resolution using all media channels at my disposal. The amount spent for installation and compliance is astronomical and I simply cannot accept that I now have to pay another huge sum of money to get a working aircon.
<p>I had agreat experience with them, even though they accidently damaged my ceiling. But this was sorted out with no fuss, and the work was carried out with all due haste!!</p>
<p>Excellent experience in comparison with the 1st service provider I contacted.</p> <p>The previous provider took chances, as opposed to them PTA Pools did not, and did the work as requested.</p> <p>I recommend PTA Pools.</p>
<p>I requested a call out from this company to do 3 seperate things. One being a leak repair on the connection of pump leading to the sand filter. After much hassels to get them on site, I only found out days later that no services where rendered and that they invoiced me for the call out. No communication was recieved from them as to why nothing was done, which entailed me to call them, only to find out after much confusion that they where preparing a quote for a new pump.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then immediatly requested a 2nd service provider to confirm this as well as to do the other 2 activities. which they did with no hassels, and the leak was repaired whithout having to replace the pump.</p> <p>This company is taking chances, and I do not recommend using them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Rahter safe yourselves hassels, pay a bit more, and get the job done right the first time.</p> <p> </p> <p>The second service provider is PTA Pools.</p>
