So i had complaints about a vehicle i bought from Capital Auto World, management was made aware of all my complaints and arranged a meeting with me. I bought a 2008 Opel Corsa 1.8 sport in May 2014. Upon delivery myself and Michael noted on the delivery inspection list a couple of issues that needs to be resolved. The vehicle was advertised as full house, The Airconditioning unit didn't work. Capital auto world agreed to regas the system and get it working. I was instructed to take my vehicle to Capital Auto wold's mechanic in Johannesburg west, so i did. The Air con had some parts that was blocked and needed to be replaced, it was replaced at my cost. The mechanic claimed against my Advance motor plan, again a plan i paid for to maintain my vehicle after the purchase not to repair it. Air con parts was swapped out for second hand parts stripped from a scrap vehicle in the yard. Air con worked for a week and not been working since. Capital Auto world refuse to fix the problem. During the past year i have spend over R10 000 on repairs on this vehicle(shocks, brakes, engine repairs) repairs that should have been noted by Deckra as the car was supposedly there for inspection. I WANT MY AIR CON FIXED!!! My lawyers advised me that i have a strong case! So fix the problem false advertisers and scam artists!!
As per any medical procedure i obtained pre authorisation from my medical aid. I was admitted to Rosebank hospital to undergo reconstructive knee surgery. After the surgery i received a number of invoices ranging from hospitalisation to even from the anaesthesiologist. Phoned my medical aid questioning the invoice, medical aid asked me if it was an in or out of hospital procedure. I corrected them saying it was in-hospital and had pre authorisation for the operation. I also received an invoice from Rosebank netcare stating that my medical aid limits was reached and i am liable for the invoice, i contacted my medical aid again with regards to this, they notified me that the operation was booked under a non severe day case and that the Hospital should change it as i am 100% covered for in hospital procedures. I notified the accounts department about the instructions i received from my medical aid, the accounts representative said she will take it up with the case mandager and resolve the matter. A year has gone by without any communication from Rosebank netcare or any response to my previous e-mails. Now they are handing me over! This is unacceptable!!
