SHF does not keep to their deliver targets. I was promised that delivery of our bedroom suite would be in 8 weeks. 10 weeks later the wanted to deliver with one time missing and I refused. So we are now into the eleventh week and I have no idea when delivery will happen. I am appalled at this service.
My family and I have been members of Discovery and subsequently that of Vitality for a good number of years. <br> My new bank contacted Discovery and Virgin Active to switch debit order from Nedbank to themselves and Discovery refused to take the instructions. I subsequently phoned and changed the bank details in December 2014. Although they confirmed the change, it was never done.<br> In March 2015 the membership was withdrawn due to non-payment. I called Discovery on 7 April 2015 and provided bank details again. This time around (3 days later). they were amended and 3 months outstanding levies were deducted. <br> However to date our membership remains suspended. I have called Discovery on 15 April 2015 and was told all is reinstated and we got embarrassed by Virgin Active on Saturday 18 April 2015 who thinks we are trying to 'rob' the gym service. I called again today the 24th April 2015 and I was told to wait for 2 days. So we cannot do gym again this long weekend.<br> This shows that this big company cannot handle such a small change efficiently. My husband and I are appalled at this chaos and unfairness. <div><br></div><div><em><br></em></div>
