Very happy with Bongi’s efficiency. In fact I was happy with the business as a whole when I owned a rental property at a complex where Vhumbanani managed. Quite efficient.

<p>I took my Samsung S6 for repairs as it was still under warranty at the Telkom Mobile South gate branch 2 months ago, when my phone was returned it was without a Sim card slot and when I questioned them as to why, the salesperson informed me it was not her business and "how was she supposed to know". I told her she would have to take the phone back to the repair centre to sort it out, she took my phone and said they would contact me. It has been 3 weeks and no word, not even an sms. The branch never answers the telephone ( I call every day). This service is so frustrating that when I called the call centre, the agent also told me she doesn't know what to do and didn't bother to even ask further. </p>
I made the great mistake of joining this gym even though many people I know warned me against it. In January, I joined Planet Fitness in Rosebank via one of their consultants Tinashye. The consultant informed me that as an Edgars Club member, I could pay R1400 for the next 12months which they would debit from my Edgars account once off. Because of the limited credit amount they could only take around R900 but this consultant told me I could difference on my own. The day I was suppose to sign the gym contract, Tinashye was not there and I was given some random consultant who said she did not understand the Edgars Club payment terms but I could sign the contract and that Tinashye would fill in the financial terms, which we left blank. A month later Planet Fitness debits R100.00, which I found odd because although I gave them my bank details I did not authorize a debit order. The second month they debited R1200!! then R1400 the following month and now R265 this month. I called them on numerous occasions and all I got was different call centre agents saying that \head office would get back to me". I have reversed the amounts but they keep changing ref. numbers. Worst gym ever!!!"""
