Terrible functionality. Don’t bother wasting your money. It’s really a shame because the quality of the leather itself is not too bad. Firstly, I bought a purse, and they delivered a toiletry bag instead. I informed them of the error and the exchanged the item right away and sent the correct item. Mistakes happen so that was fine. Then secondly, the purse that arrived closed only when it was completely empty, but the point of having a purse is so that you can keep some of your day-to-day bank cards and cash handy. Long story short… the purse doesn’t close when it has a few bank cards in it. The closing mechanism is weak and of poor quality compared to the rest of the material used. I have a purse that stays open. It just doesn’t close. I have complained about it to Burgundy Collective even on social platforms but they just delete my complaint from the comments section and keep it moving! They are completely unbothered. Customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. R1.5k down the drain! A complete waste of money. Please don’t buy from them if you value your hard earned money🚮
I ordered flowers and a mancrate. Both items were to be delivered at the exact same address on the same day. Guess what?!? Netflorist delivered the flowers without the mancrate. I called them to ask them why they only delivered one of the items and (1) the consultant had loud music playing in the background- so loud that we could hardly hear each other; (2) he was completely disinterested in my query- he just said “ we send out the flowers first then we send everything else at a later stage”; (3) when I asked him further questions he just kept quiet so I asked if he can even hear me and he said yes but he just wasn’t responding to any of my questions. I asked for a cancellation for the remaining items- he said they would deduct delivery fees for the outstanding item from the refund... what delivery fee if you haven’t delivered the item yet! Horrible horrendous service! They won’t see a cent of my money ever again. Plus they put too much promotional **** on the flower cards... how can they flood the card with so much promotional nonsense when I have paid for it! Absolute rubbish!
I purchased electricity to the total value of R300 from an engen garage as usual. I got one voucher for R200 and another for R100.I had no trouble getting the R200 voucher to load when I punched the sms voucher number onto the meter. But the R100 sms voucher isn't loading. I've been calling and emailing virtually every contact detail on you website to no avail. <br> <br> I'm very frustrated because it's not the first time this has happened.I encountered the same problem in February when one of the vouchers wouldn't load on the meter.<br> <br> The voucher serial number is 0001031566913. The slip instructs you to send the voucher serial number to 43471 if you have any queries, but all that gives you is the same sms voucher number that doesn't work in the first place.<br> <br> Don't you have a call centre or at least have someone who actually answers the phone and knows how to help such situations?
