Heroes Restaurant Christmas lunch 2022 DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a disaster of a xmas lunch at Heroes Restaurant.I write the complain nearly 3 weeks after our bad experience at Heroes restaurant to give the manager or sheff some time to explain to us what had go wrong ,but nobody is coming back toe us.I send 2 mails after they ask us to send a mail with no response.On Friday I send a follow up mail again ,and still not a word.We paid R350/p and did not receive the food that was on menu.We get some chips en not potatoes.We did not get salad or veggies.Lamb was pulled out in pieces to look more on plate.Chicken was off cutts of the other people chicken that they did not eat.Rice without wild mushrooms are also left overs of other people's food.Gamman was cussler chop slices.We wait more than 2 hours for our food.When we receive our dessert,there was no s****s,and at the time the s**** arrived,the ice cream was melted.We got leftovers and robbed from our money.I shall never recommend anybody to go to heoroes to have some lunch.If they just come back to us but made a choice not to reply on our mail or messages.It was realy very very bad.

Wou geen raad verskaf verwys my na Discem met hond
Watter groot teleurstelling het ek Sondagaand 27/04/2015 gehad by Tygerberg Animal Belville.Van ek my Hond gekoop het was ek met elke inspuiting en sterilisasie by hulle en kon nie uitgegepraat raak hoe gelukkig ek daar is nie.Wel iewers die naweek moes my pug iewers haar ogie seergemaak het.Dit was 'n klein seertjie langs haar oog wat bietjie rooi was en bietjie gesweer het.Ek wou net gaan hoor wat se salf kan ek gebruik of waamee ek dit kan skoonmaak,want dit is my kind en wil nie kans vat nie.Hoe is my bubble gebars toe ek daar aankom .Hulle bied 24 uur diens.Toe ek daarkom en klokkie lui dink een van die persone wat daar sit en ook wag om hek vir my oop te maak.Sal die dr haar van 'n kant af uittrap omdat sy my ingelaat het ,voor almal wat daar sit,ek persoonlik het haar so jammer gekry en gewonder waar het die DR haar opvoeding gekoop.Toe ek vir raad vra het sy my in die rede geval en nie eers na die seerplekkie gekyk langs die ogie nie,en net vir my ges? ek moet maar wag vir konsultasie wat R700 gaan kos of ek moet my hond discem toe neem,en by hulle hoor watse salf ek kan aansmeer.Wel in my o? is so iemand nie werd om 'n veearts genoem te word nie,uiteinde almal het geloop.
