TERRIBLE! ARROGANT GERAAK! TERRIBLE!
WoW! Ek kom nou net van Robbie Wessels se show by Heroes. Dit is 21h50, 10 Mei 2024. Wat n teleurstelling. Julle kan nou dink aaaaaag wat, laat hy maar gaan, ons het hom nie nodig nie. Ek kan wel vir julle se ons het gehoor julle het agteruit gegaan. Ek is SO teleurgestel in julle dat ek NOOIT weer eers wil terugkom nie. Julle kos is sleg! EEN burger om van te kies op die menu. Wie de hel drink net black label OF castle light OF stella! Ek het maklik al meer as R20K oor die afgelope 2 of 3 jaar by julle spandeer. Vanaand was die laaste vir my by julle. Ek sal BESLIS te skaam wees om weer iemand saam my te bring. Dit is so teleurstellend wanneer n plek begin goed doen dan verloor daardie plekke gewoonlik touch met hul gaste. EN Heroes is al klaar daar. Shocking! Flippen teleurstellend is n under statement! Ek luister elke dag BokRadio en na vanaand heroorweeg ek evens dit ook. Joh! Vanaand was absoluut n terrible ondervinding. Ek wens julle regtig voorspoed toe....maaaaaar....voorspoed sonder my en my gesin. TERRIBLE! SHOCKING! DISAPPOINTED! En even die diens was sub-standaard!

Heroes Restaurant Christmas lunch 2022 DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a disaster of a xmas lunch at Heroes Restaurant.I write the complain nearly 3 weeks after our bad experience at Heroes restaurant to give the manager or sheff some time to explain to us what had go wrong ,but nobody is coming back toe us.I send 2 mails after they ask us to send a mail with no response.On Friday I send a follow up mail again ,and still not a word.We paid R350/p and did not receive the food that was on menu.We get some chips en not potatoes.We did not get salad or veggies.Lamb was pulled out in pieces to look more on plate.Chicken was off cutts of the other people chicken that they did not eat.Rice without wild mushrooms are also left overs of other people's food.Gamman was cussler chop slices.We wait more than 2 hours for our food.When we receive our dessert,there was no s****s,and at the time the s**** arrived,the ice cream was melted.We got leftovers and robbed from our money.I shall never recommend anybody to go to heoroes to have some lunch.If they just come back to us but made a choice not to reply on our mail or messages.It was realy very very bad.

What a bad experience i had kn Christmas day at Heroes we where sold a Great Christmas lunch which ended up in a disaster. I posted on fb and my pics and comments got deleted not resolved. Menu said roast potato we got chips with no rosemary as sold. Mixed veg we just got cauliflower. Minted lamb we got disgusting pulled lamb.The wild mushroom rice no mushrooms at all. Chicken breast we got slivered chicken pieces. Gammon we where served cussler chop slices. Where where supposed to get a table salad which was served in a side plate an hour before the food arrives we had to eat out of the plate and move it to our next guest. Malva pudding size where a sample to what other people got. We got leftovers and where robbed with our money will never recommend Heroes for Christmas lunch

Amazing Melting morsel - Heroes Restaurant Cape Gate
It was a surprise Christmas lunch that was not planned. The Managers (Jess and Mari) were very welcoming and turned it into a beautiful day for my family, They were fully booked but still Jess was able to make space for us, Thank you so much for that, The security (Roy) was very friendly (full of smiles and warm welcomes) and able to immediately point us to our table on arrival. Once inside all staff that we encountered were setting the stage for a merry and wonderful afternoon. Smiles and Warm welcome to Heros all around. When our food arrived it was a very wonderful set menu... Everything was delicious. BUT Chef you have outdone it. I have never eaten lamb that was so tender, moist and supple that it LITERALLY MELTED in our mouths with each tender morsel that we all ate. It was incredible. That was the first time honestly that I could say I have ever experienced lamb like that. We eat at a lot of restaurants all over the western cape and no one has ever served lamb like that. Thank you Chef it was amazing. To Bonny in the small kitchen - What a malva... Hats off to you it was delicious.
