Good afternoon I've been an avid Stodels ( KC and Bellville) client for the last 20 years and not ever have I have bad service. This Week (30 Jan and 1 Feb 2023) I received OUTSTANDING customer service from Bellville Front Desk Ladies and from two very awesome floor staff members - Aunty Louisa and Brandon.. Please there is 3 Brandon's, Aunty Louisa will know which one or better ref to the pics I will post on FB as to who he is. I would just like to say thank you so much for all the effort, time and attention given to the problem that I had. You both ROCK

It was a surprise Christmas lunch that was not planned. The Managers (Jess and Mari) were very welcoming and turned it into a beautiful day for my family, They were fully booked but still Jess was able to make space for us, Thank you so much for that, The security (Roy) was very friendly (full of smiles and warm welcomes) and able to immediately point us to our table on arrival. Once inside all staff that we encountered were setting the stage for a merry and wonderful afternoon. Smiles and Warm welcome to Heros all around. When our food arrived it was a very wonderful set menu... Everything was delicious. BUT Chef you have outdone it. I have never eaten lamb that was so tender, moist and supple that it LITERALLY MELTED in our mouths with each tender morsel that we all ate. It was incredible. That was the first time honestly that I could say I have ever experienced lamb like that. We eat at a lot of restaurants all over the western cape and no one has ever served lamb like that. Thank you Chef it was amazing. To Bonny in the small kitchen - What a malva... Hats off to you it was delicious.
Spoke to Operator Bilqees 12.50pm 11.08.2022 ( I hope that I spelt her name correct). Within (not even) 10 minutes I had my contact changed and two cards requested( Truworths and Identity) She new what she was doing , very professional, EFFIECIENT. She did everything according to company security (checking) and was done (she even ask for assistance on the one account from a team member when she saw that she had no access to complete the task) All of this with in 10 minutes

WHY DO YOU HAVE MY INFORMATION. DO I START LEGAL PROCEDINGS AGAIN YOU FOR INFRINGEMENT OF THE ACT? DELETE IT NOW OR THERE SHALL BE LEGAL ACTION TAKEN.
I sent out a few requests for quotations on replacement of my kitchen ceiling and was well impressed with the professional service I received from JP and Rene at Ceilings & More. Hubby and I have our own motorcycle service business and are fully aware of the connection and trust a client has to have with the service providers.. And that trust was truly appreciated by JP when we arrived late at the warehouse in Okavango. From the two staff members to JP himself we where not shunned away but where welcomed to view their product and they were even willing to share their knowledge and expertise and advise on the best methods of our home project. Rene your a jem. Thank you so much for assisting someone who has no clue as to your industries cryptic languages.. The delivery of said items happened timeously as well. EFT the morning and delivery was literally not even 2 hours later. Thank you so much. I would recommend them anytime for PROFESSIONALISM, PATIENTS, PRODUCT KNOWELEGE, and just the WELCOME FEELING BY STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. WELL DONE. Its not always that you find a company with this kinda VIBE.
My husband placed an order for for family supper through UBER EATS for Best of Asia for over R500. How dare the driver call him and tell him to collect / fetch our order that was for delivery by him at a fill station that he cannot even tell us where it is.. Firstly we paid for delivery. We could have driven ourselves if the delivery was an issue. Then on the call the driver still had the cheek to be blasphemous and say OH MY GOD these people when we asked him continuously where he was and what station he was at... ENGINE. BP or Caltex?!!!! We place our order @8:30pm for delivery 30min later.. @9:18pm he called to tell us to collect from him... WHAT is that about.... Really UBER EATS is this how your service is run?
