The service I received from Renier Herbst was outstanding.I am completely satisfied and would refer it to anyone.
whenever I have gone to buy something at Edgars or even to pay,the system is offline.This has been going on now since they have changed systems.In that way the technical service is pathetic
I have tried to stop my subscription now for a while now. I cannot afford it and it just gets more expensive. I feel every month I am throwing away +-R600.00.I was to sell it but no one want to buy it. In the meantime while I am waiting to hear from when it can be sold. I have to continue paying. I hardly use it. They have said do not worry if your points are going to be forfeited. it will not happen as you can bank the points. I have tried but when I do, I am told the points I want to bank is to little. So what it comes down too, I cannot use them and then all the money I have spent is for nothing as it is forfeited. I was told at the reservations that I could still book for the first 2 months of the new year but every time I try, not all the resorts availability was released yet. Now when I try again, the call centre is closed. So once again my payment was for nothing.
The phone went into samsung for screen replacing,when it came back it overheated,had to be recharged up to twice a day.It was then booked in at Tygervalley repair centre.I waited almost a month for my phone and when I received it back,the screen goes black.I am not prepared to book my phone in again and then be stranded without my phone again.I am paying for it after all,am I throwing money away because it feels that way
