Abandoned me halfway through my treatment despite taking my money. Seems a Patient has no right to ask him fair & reasonable questions. His rates are exorbitant. My recommendation is to avoid going to Dr Mark for dentistry or endodontics. He is based in Sandringham in Johannesburg. There are plenty of other pleasant and reasonably priced options available in Johannesburg. Avoid this rude medical practitioner.
Stanlib in Johannesburg are impossible to get through to. I have money to invest and wanted to explore options and interest rates with them. I called a few times today. 1st call - the woman who answered kept me holding for about 20 minutes with music playing in background and never came back to me once. 2nd call - the woman put the phone down as I started telling her what I was calling about. To find information out on their website is very difficult Generally, my experience was so bad I would not recommend trying to give business to them. I am sorry I have existing accounts with them as they are so difficult to contact for just the most basic of things.
After pointing out to at least 2 Staff Members that the steak was tough, the Complaint was dismissed with limited interest from one staff member. The other staff member indicated he'd check in the kitchen, but didn't take the steak back, leaving us confused about what he was going to check. He failed to get back to us. <br> Generally the service was mediocre and the food was substandard for one dish, and average for the other.<br> When highlighting to the waitress that it was a party members birthday, nothing was done to acknowledge this by the restaurant.<br> Throughout the meal the Owner never approached our table to enquire about our experience, even though we had raised our complaints with the waitresses.<br> At the end of the meal, we indicated to the waitress that our overall experience at the restaurant was poor. She spoke to the Owner, and returned to our table with the credit card machine with no apology.<br> We then approached the owner to express our dissatisfaction. He was exceptionally rude and offered no apology whatsoever. <br>
