Based on the reviews I've read and can attest to as an ex employee, customer queries aren't of high importance and yes the material looks good but horrible quality. All this company cares about is making a quick buck, please do not enter into any legal agreement with them, you'll surely regret it. I have no doubt that the 2 or 3 good reviews here were written by their marketing department. This company should be closed down.
I worked for galencia for just about 2 months in which I sold a property officially just after I resigned. I would like potential galencia clients to know just how much this company exploits its employees as I'm not the only one whose gone through this. I had to chase them in order for them to pay my commission and when the time came for them to pay, terms were suddenly changed. I sold a property and I had a split deal with a colleague. The manager only known as Victor and his wife only known as Cherry would ignore my calls. They eventually paid a small portion of one property's comm. I eventually got tired of nagging and chasing them but I've already done the work. Went far and beyond even taking time off from my current employer to ensure I assist the client. Cherry then asked me to forward her proof that I assisted the client to which I forwarded her a chain of emails that she did not bother going through. Let me highlight the fact that galencia is a Chinese company in South Africa exploiting local citizens.
<p>I took my car to S&N Auto services in September 2016. The car over heated and simply needed the top head gasket to be seemed. I waited 3 months for this to be done, during the time I would call and text and be given all sorts of stories. In this time I had not been given a quote. I begged for a price at least and only got charged a ridiculous price of R5200 on the 21st of November. Sarkie, the owner and mechanic at this place told me that the car would be done on the 21st latest 22nd Nov by 10am. I got to the place, the guy was rude and shouting, the car didn't start and was still in.The exact same position I left it in and he expects me to pay for it. This business does not deserve clients and should NOT be running, this man's doors must be closed before he takes more clients for a ride and continue wasting people's time!!!</p>
I decided to take my baby boy out and dressed him up in tracksuits I bought from Jet. I then decided to walk into a Jet store in Goldenwalk to have a look at a few things I could possibly buy. When I couldn't find anything I decided to walk out. On my way out the beeper at the entrance went off. The security asked to search my bag and didn't find anything. Sbongile Nkosi a staff member then pulled my baby and took off all his clothes including his nappy. She then forced me into a fitting room and made me take off all my clothes down to my underwear. She held on to the baby's clothes until my parents arrived, she also refused to show us the footage and didn't care about how cold it was. The manager Lukas Shipalale also did not want to show us the footage, when my parents arrived they gave the clothes back and just said it's sorted? what about the trauma and embarrassment I went through? What about my baby's trauma too? While we were standing there the beeper went off without any1 walking past, this was proof that it is faulty. We didn't even get an apology..
