This is the second time this month that Vodacom has cut off my line for supposed lack of payment. On both circumstances payment had in fact been made and proof of payment forwarded to the email address provided by them. When I phoned them I am told that I in fact need to fax the proof of payment to them as the emails are too difficult to sort through. I don't even own a fax machine but am told my line will only be reinstated once I fax through the proof of payment. This service is absolutely appalling and Vodacom is a useless service provider.
My Luella card was stolen in July of 2014 and to this day the TGF group have refused to issue me with a new card. This was not a problem at first as I was allowed to purchase using my ID however, the TFG group no longer allows you to purchase with your ID and as such I have no way of purchasing any goods on my account. After months of contradictory instructions from Head Office I have now been told that I have to cancel my existing account and re-apply for a new account at a different TFG store. This has caused such an inconvenience and as a loyal customer of 4 years I think this is totally unacceptable!!!!!! If this is the case then I would rather cancel my account completely.
