Very disappointed with the quality of the luella slingback block heels...only had a month with this shoe and my luella top strand is already broken... Bought this shoe while it was R899... I'm such a luella fan but very dissatisfied.. That time I have an appearance in court as I work for a law firm.. This has *****ed my appearance

I bought handbag on the 25th of March untill today theres nothing on my shipment. I bought ut via LuellaZA page. I feel like its a **** because when you call them they dont answer at all or if they answer they just keep quiet. The address that is showing on the page is menlyn but still they dont reply to my emails or calls and still theres no tracker number or shipment infor. I tried to reverse the money but I did not win. Someone please help what more must I do? Should I go to Menlyn or do what. Because I see Luella is ****ming poeple

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding Foschini, specifically about the Luella brand and my recent experience with their service. First, I must express my disappointment with the quality of Luella bags. Although they are quite expensive, their finishing and overall quality do not reflect the price point. On the 25th of January 2025, I went to Foschini Menlyn to purchase a black Luella bag. However, I noticed that the bag I saw on the website was not the same as the one in-store. Despite my disappointment, I still purchased the bag because I loved the design. To my dismay, the bag got damaged today, the 22nd of March 2025, while I was at Makro Wonderboom—just a month and a half after purchase. I decided to take it to Foschini Wonderboom for assistance since it was the nearest store. However, I was informed that I couldn’t be assisted because I didn’t have the proof of purchase slip. I understand the need for a slip, but I never anticipated that the bag would get damaged this quickly. I don’t walk around carrying receipts or tags for purchases, especially not for expensive items I expect to last longer. The store manager at Wonderboom even attempted to contact Menlyn to check the transaction, but they couldn’t find it online. Now, I am left to drive all the way back to Menlyn for assistance when there is a Foschini nearby. The inconvenience and poor treatment I received at Wonderboom were unacceptable. I feel that the responsibility lies with Foschini’s system, not me as the customer, especially since I bought the item from your store. I am deeply disappointed with the service and the lack of flexibility or willingness to assist. As a loyal customer, I expected better. Please address this issue promptly and ensure that no other customer faces such frustration.

Please don’t buy any Luella bag, the quality is not good at all. I bought their cross body bag at Foschini in July for R700, you won’t believe that one of the handle is broken!!! Luella is ****ming us, I’m so disgusted!

Good quality, stylish products. I still have heels I wore to my matric dance in 2013, still in good condition. Love their handbags as well!

I am very very disappointed at Luella. I bought a bag at Foschini 3 months ago and now on of the handles is broken. Pity coz i paid alot of money for the said bag. I told myself i will never buy a Luella product again.

My Luella card was stolen in July of 2014 and to this day the TGF group have refused to issue me with a new card. This was not a problem at first as I was allowed to purchase using my ID however, the TFG group no longer allows you to purchase with your ID and as such I have no way of purchasing any goods on my account. After months of contradictory instructions from Head Office I have now been told that I have to cancel my existing account and re-apply for a new account at a different TFG store. This has caused such an inconvenience and as a loyal customer of 4 years I think this is totally unacceptable!!!!!! If this is the case then I would rather cancel my account completely.
