Fast delivery, but item wasn't delivered to my door. That, I sort of understood but what I didn't get was them rushing me to go fetch my parcel within just a day of it arriving, without a clear explanation as to why the rush. Their offices are quite far from where I stay, 2 taxis away, so I was forced to make a plan. Quite an unpleasant experience. I didn't know they operated like that.
Another favorite cosmetics and pharmacy store. I love the 3 for 2 deals as well!
My go-to store for almost everything I need. I'd give it 5 stars BUT, I collected some stickers for that Dischem & Disney shop & collect promotion they had from 29 July to 28 November 2021. I qualified for a product, went to the store and they told me they were out of stock then, and that they would contact me as soon as stock is available. A year later, I still haven't heard from them. Disappointed. I still recommend them to people though because they have variety when it comes to products, and I enjoy the specials every now and then.
I experienced connectivity issues for a a couple of months and it was super frustrating! The agents were very helpful and patient, I must say. Telkom sent technicians to where I live a number of times until the problem was fixed. I no longer experience problems connecting to the internet anymore.
Good quality, stylish products. I still have heels I wore to my matric dance in 2013, still in good condition. Love their handbags as well!
Stores always clean, friendly staff, quality products, fresh food, I could go on all day! Woolies is one of the best to do it!
The best! So far, I've only been able to purchase a tub of shea butter which is the best quality of all the brands I've tried, in my opinion. I bought a 1kg tub about a year ago and I still have plenty left, value for money. Great service and fast delivery! I'll be going back for more
I've been a Samsung user for years now and I must say, I've always had a great experience with their phones. I once had a Samsung S5 mini which I kept for 6 years until I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy A80. I, however, always experience issues with their accessories. Earphones & charging cables always last me less than 12 months, which is quite frustrating.
I personally have received some great service from Takealot.com so far, no complaints. I once returned an item that was defective and I received a new one in just a few days which is commendable. I still have items that I bought from takealot.com a few years ago that I am still using, so I am very impressed.
