Our booking has been cancelled for the third consecutive time. Due to poor communication we only found out about first cancellation in the morning of my child's birthday when we arrived at the station all excited for his birthday gift trip. This after we had paid to stay over in CPT to ensure that we are on time for the trip. The second booking came with misunderstandings around available dates which affected ****orkers in my team. For the third cancellation, accommodation was paid for again and will be forfeited due to short notice of cancellation. Very disappointing.
Payed and received order number, but no delivery after 3 weeks. No response to emails, phone always unavailable.

I have paid and ordered good online - advertised to be delivered within 4 - 7 days....3 weeks later a defective device got delivered to [URL Removed] not answering emails or phone calls.
