So after being a regular customer at this branch in tokai , I was not going to complain , but I cannot let this go I just feel that paying clients should not be treated this way . I went to purchase breakfast sandwich chicken and mayo , after I have received my order and check to find out it was cold and frozen , I told the lady that the sandwich was cold then she put the entire sandwich in the microwave, after she boiled the sandwich she gave it back to me I was not willing to accept it I then asked to speak to the manager , who then never came out after we hooted this lady came to the window and asked me and I quote \WHAT DO I WANT"I was so upset and I told her how can she ask me what do I want and I also asked her I could she put the sandwich in the microwave"
So after the long drive from Cape Town to Paarl , wow what a disappointment, from start to end we came to this branch for my moms 50th and grans 91 birthday party, firstly the waiter only informed one of the guest of the times , we where brought the wrong wine, we had our starters when we where done we whr relaxing , talking not once did the waiter inform us about last rounds , after we eventually went to eat there was hardly any food , when we asked the lady are they removing the food she said yes , then I called the rest of my family to dish they came then while my pregnant sister was dishing the kitchen manager said abruptly that she must put her plate down cause the time is up , she said that she will tell the manager and the lady said she is the manager , after we came to sit down the lady that said we couldn't dish allowed other people to dish , I was so furious that and went to the reception to ask for the mangers name , the manger came and apologised she said that she was sorry and the kitchen manager , I just feel that we should have not been treated like that we where paying customers just like everyone else. We did not enjoy our visit at all!!!#servicesucks
