How does any istore survive when one is ready to purchase a new laptop / desktop only to be told that no stores have stock??? No iMac, no MacBook Pro/ air etc etc. it’s rather pathetic and I’m afraid the store not only lost a sale but also a life long Apple consumer - get your act together and stock up!!!
Avoid this management company at all costs!! They don’t respond to queries. They are not helpful. You can email/call till you blue in the face and you’ll get no service what so ever from them! I actually think no one works there and it’s a ghost company.
I went to my local branch a week ago to obtain statements from 2022 as I was being audited by SARS. To my horror, I was charged R50 per month, per statement ( over R600 ) in bank charges. I then emailed client feedback to request justification for these outrageous charges. Michael Mabika initially responded with a very flippant “refer to our pricing structure” which is not the answer I wanted. I have now emailed him THREE times for any follow up and received no reply. Despite messaging Nedbank through Facebook and receiving promises that he would still nothing. Nedbank is extremely ******** and lazy when it comes to customer service (as proven by the lack of response from its so called “client service manager”. It also proves that Nedbank simply can’t justify that excessive bank charge. Nedbank you are by the far the worst bank in customer service let down by your staff and your ignorance.

I put in a claim for my cracked windscreen on the Monday. The claim process on the app was simple. I was contacted via email by an agent the next day and by Friday in the same week, my windscreen was replaced! There was a small issue afterwards with the sensor for the wipers but even that was resolved the next day!! Brilliant service and easy claim process! Claiming through the app without being kept on endless hold and answering a million unnecessary questions was divine! Thank you to Jennika Naicker for her exceptional service and professionalism.
A god experience, fast and efficient, at first. However, we are now left with a motor that doesn’t work and a track that has buckled after a new bracket was installed. Numerous attempts to get them come out and fix it have failed. Please do not use them. They are scamming people. You pay and are left with inferior quality of work and you are ignored.
The worst company to do any business with. We paid IN FULL for two garage motors. One was faulty and now we are left with a broken motor and have been fighting with them to get them to come and fix it. It’s been excuse after excuse from the guy who installed it and the owner, who “promises” to get it fixed but so far nothing!!!! It’s disgusting that a company rips off pensioners like this especially when they can least afford it. Please do not use this company for anything !!!!! They have the money and we have a faulty motor and we all get are lies and more lies.
I cancelled the contract we had with ADT-Fidelity via email giving them once months notice as per our contract. Then I see for January, February we have still been charged. I contacted Fidelity and spoke to Mabatho Pule who sent me an email on March 14th saying that Jan and Feb would be refunded and turn around was 7 working days. This was March 14th and since then she has failed to reply to any of my emails and getting hold of her on the phone is near impossible. This poor service and unprofessional was one of the reasons why I cancelled ADT contract - it is shocking that Mabatho doesn't even bother to reply or acknowledge my queries. This matter needs to be resolved urgently!!!!!!
