Worst service ever
Worst service. They too quick to make one pay but take forever to deliver, stories after stories. I want my money back, skelems

After sales service
Bought a second hand truck from them for 350k. Truck did 15000km and engine was done yet they had guaranteed 1 million kilometers on it. Long story short I have to fork 150k to replace the engine. The owner says its not his problem I can go where ever I want

Worst service offered ever received
Bought a second hand BMW advertised by Mccarthy Middelburg online. Paid deposit and all. Before I paid deposit I was told the car is in perfect condition. After paying was told the car had to go through 145 point check so had to wait around 2 weeks for that.<br> Finally had to drive from JHB to collect the car when I was told delivery is countrywide.<br> Then a week later car started producing a terrible noise from the engine, later started stalling and consuming large sums of oil. Reported all the faults and car taken back. given a loan vehicle. <br> The worst ever purchase I've done on a car, the vehicle was delivered more than 5 times to me and each time came back with same problems. Finally the car was delivered to me in Nov with a better sounding engine yet I bought the car in April. <br> Now its Jan and the car is stalling again. What I hate the most is when the car is taken from me, am told its being taken to BMW but only to find out its being taken to a different dealer.<br> Now I hate Mccarthy with my heart. Have spoken to everyone there and cant seem to get anywhere and simply cant enjoy my ride yet every month am paying for it. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THOUGHT YOU WERE GENUINE??????
