The company Hexsagon Construction are definitely not recommended to execute any construction work. I approached the company through a website home improvement 4u to do building repair work at my house. Hexsagon Construction was one of the companies recommended. A Mr Ian Bann came to my house and provided a quotation. I paid a deposit of R15,000 on 06 Sep21 into the company account. After various excuses as why he could not begin, I requested my deposit back. There is no means to communicate with him as his phone goes to voicemail, the company number does not exist and he does not reply to his mails. I found out yesterday that Carte Blanche did a program on his company where numerous people had lost hundreds of thousands rands, because deposits were paid and or work was abandoned and or not completed. Surely this company needs to be blacklisted? I will be reporting a case of theft with the SAPS, and if anyone has advice on how to attempt to get my deposit back, it would be highly appreciated.
This Mr Ian Bann the director of Hexsagon Construction is a known thief, which I did not know at the time, has disappeared with my deposit of R15,000 to do repair work at my house. Paid the deposit on 06 Sep 21. After many excuses I requested that my deposit be paid back, but since then no communications. If you phone his no 082 929 6488 all you get is voice mail and his E Mail address ian@hexsagon.co.za no reply! Only found out yesterday that Carte Blanche did a programme a couple of months ago to try expose his wrong doings. I am going to report a case of theft at the SAPS, but don't understand that the website homeimprovements4u still has his company as a reference, which I used? Not sure if you can provide any further advice to try get my deposit returned.

He has defaulted on his bond payments and your bank was in the process of taking the house to an auction in January 2016 to sell the property.<br> <br> 2. The house was taken off the sheriff role at short notice as a process to sequestrate the owner Mr Lombard was to be instituted. The person apparently responsible for this process is a man called Marius, who in fact moved into the empty property last year when the people who were renting the property from Lombard moved out, because there was an outstanding muncipality account of approx R100,000 and the electricity was cut off by the muncipality.<br> <br> This Marius tel no 0790583342 told me that he had been appointed to do the sequestration of Lombard. He moved out at the end of last year and began subletting the rooms of the house to various people who had to pay him rent.The pipe connecting the house to the main line is broken and raw sewerage is going into the garden. Municipality maintain it is the owner responsibility to repair. Situation now totally unacceptable, owner can't be found!
The staff at this branch admitted that they did not know that the advice they had given me about the carry over of airtime from one contract to another was wrong. They logged queries yesterday 7 May15, but was still not answered today 8 May15. Phoned 808 myself and found out from a call desk operator Ms Lillian Hoko that this airtime will be effective only after my minutes are used up for the month. Thank you to this lady who knows what is going on and also logging another call for the next issue. Thank you Lillian! <br> I also tried to upgrade my wife's contract yesterday, but this was also unsuccessful. On the MTN system I am registered as a corporate client and the system would not let the operator process with the upgrade. I am not a corporate client and receive no discount! Queries were logged yesterday and today, but still no resolution. The staff member Ms C du Plessis is not competent and showed a lack of commitment. The manager also tried but used the excuse that there was a problem with the amount of lines and connectivity. I tried to phone the branch this afternoon 4 times on all their numbers, but no one answers the calls! Is there anyone at MTN who knows how I can upgrade!
