Five-Star Experience with Roelene & Adele
Roelene and Adele from Meridian-Realty were absolutely amazing and did a phenomenal job assisting me with the purchase of my new home. From the very beginning, they were professional, proactive, and truly on the ball. They went above and beyond by assisting after hours, always keeping me informed and guiding me through every step of the process. Poor online service and no response to emails or phone calls.
Poor online service and no response to emails, I have placed and paid for my order on 25 November 2022, and to date have not received any feedback regarding delivery nor have they responded to any of my email follow ups either. I also called the call center on 1 Dec 2022 to find out what is going on, consultant assur me that the order would be delivered in 5 working days, when I esplained that the 5 working days has lapsed she fell back on the excuse of the warehouse is behind and will escelate and call me back. I have yet to get a phone call back. I want to know when I will be receiving my order.

Sale under false pretense and no customer care
Herewith I want to bring to your attention that this purchase from your dealership of the Ford Fiesta 1.4 has possibly been the worst experience I have ever had. There was and has been no customer satisfaction in any way or any form and has been totally on you \pretending to please me as your client"From the day of collecting the vehicle on the 12th of February 2015 it has been one problem after the other. Upon collection I noticed a whole lot of extras loaded onto the financing which I did not agree upon (bearing in mind that I travelled from Johannesburg to Nelspruit to collect the vehicle. When I arrived the vehicle had minor dents and chips that were not pointed out to me when presenting the vehicle upon sent images to me to make decision on purchasing the vehicle"
