3 Years ago, Linden Cycles promised to keep me a 2nd hand bicycle for 1 day. The next afternoon when I went to purchase it, they were busy loading it in someone else's car.<br> <br> I Boikotted them for 3 years. I was recently convinced to try them again.<br> <br> I dropped my bicycle to be repaired Wednesday morning 8am. They told me they will have it ready within 2 days. That was last night. After not hearing anything I went this afternoon (Friday) and they have not even glanced at it. They took forever to find it, because Wolfgang never \signed it off"whatever that means. I have a receipt stating I handed it in"
After my Complaint on Hello Peter Headline: They double charge on services, I was lucky enough to have received a very quick response, as RDM has hired someone who specifically understands the importance of catering for their customer satisfaction. <br> <br> So kudo's to RDM management to have had the foresight to have hired Adrian, as he ensured my money to have been refunded on Friday the 15th of May already, after showing an understanding and caring response for my complaint.<br> <br> With this I would also like to apologise for my slow responce time on writing this feedback on Hello Peter.
I took my car in with complaints about it struggling to start in the morning. Riaan said he looked at and adjusted the choke and cleaned the carborator. This service cost me just under R300. The problem persisted, so I returned my car. They looked again and found that the choke was actually \completely broken"- Riaan's words. For the repairing of this (Parts R120) and services of about R500. <br> <br> I returned when I checked my invoice from the first transaction & realized I'd been charged double"
