Bought a mint-condition (but secondhand) Titan Sports bicycle 24 April 2022 (bank statements to prove). The frame carries a 5-year warranty. On 18 July 2025 I dropped the bike off with a cracked frame (seat post). Jarrod said because it was bought 2nd hand from Linden Cycle I could not claim, unless the previous owner gave me the original invoice (no chance of that because Linden should have kept that record). Horrible attitude, no apology, no thank you for purchasing 10 bicycles from them over 30-years.

I brought my bike in for a tube replacement and 3 days later my tyre is flat. I haven’t used the bike since I collected it, I am here at their shop and I’m being accused of having used the bike. Extremely disappointed. I’ve been coming here since I went to Risidale Primary and I’m 35.

I’m a Linden cycles customer for nearing 2 decades now – first when we stayed up in JHB and now while we are back in CPT, I still deal with Jarrod from Linden Cycles for boxing and collection of bicycles every month. It has been an absolute pleasure, you always know that the job will be done 100%, and it was my #1 choice when having to buy a bicycle for myself and having it checked out and sent. Thanks Jarrod, and thanks Linden cycles – keep up the good work!

I’m a Linden cycles customer for nearing 2 decades now – first when we stayed up in JHB and now while we are back in CPT, I still deal with Jarrod from Linden Cycles for boxing and collection of bicycles every month. Walked in to Linden Cycles this morning to make a purchase. I was stopped at the door to sanitize where I told the gentleman I have just sanitized in the car. He told me to present my personal sanitizer, like I am a child or a liar. I refuse to be treated like that and left the shop. I went and supported someone else who respected me as a client

While the initial service wasn’t perfect, and I had to twice return my MTB for work on the front break, the Linden Cycles service team had impeccable integrity, assumed responsibility without argument, and corrected the issues. When mistakes happen, it’s the attitude and way a company corrects them that’s a truer reflection of how they value customers.

While the initial service wasn’t perfect, and I had to twice return my MTB for work on the front break, the Linden Cycles service team had impeccable integrity, assumed responsibility without argument, and corrected the issues. When mistakes happen, it’s the attitude and way a company corrects them that’s a truer reflection of how they value customers.

With the backdrop of the this months Bicycling magazines article "This is what your customer want" as a passionate mountain and road cyclist who delighted to support my LBS and all small business in SA, I have just one question: Why would the sales staff at Linden Cycles think its acceptable to ignore a customer standing in there doorway. This customer is waving goodbye to your lousy attitude.

3 Years ago, Linden Cycles promised to keep me a 2nd hand bicycle for 1 day. The next afternoon when I went to purchase it, they were busy loading it in someone else's car.<br> <br> I Boikotted them for 3 years. I was recently convinced to try them again.<br> <br> I dropped my bicycle to be repaired Wednesday morning 8am. They told me they will have it ready within 2 days. That was last night. After not hearing anything I went this afternoon (Friday) and they have not even glanced at it. They took forever to find it, because Wolfgang never \signed it off"whatever that means. I have a receipt stating I handed it in"
