Infinite debt solutions has deducted by debit order money from my account to pay my bond. It has now been a month and they haven't paid my bond yet. The bank is charging me interest on late payments. I have tried numerous occasions to get Infinite Debt Solutions to pay my bond. No success and they have blocked me on their whatsapp communication channel. Serious incompetence
Initially I was phoned by Infinite Debt Solutions. Alta Bekker from IDS first misrepresented herself and said she worked for the NCR. She said she could save me money on my bond account. Never telling me they actually debt councilors. I thought well if it's the NCR it's legit saving on my repayments. I never wanted to be on debt counseling. They took my bond payment from my bank account end of July and never paid my bond. They are a company that poses to be the NCR but isn't. This constitutes ***** and I will be contacting the NCR to report their misconduct

My wife spends between 80k and a 100k every month at Makro to stock her own shop. Every other time there is units missing from either a crate, box or otherwise. Totally unacceptable theft and the end user gets short changed
