I brought my bike in for a tube replacement and 3 days later my tyre is flat. I haven’t used the bike since I collected it, I am here at their shop and I’m being accused of having used the bike. Extremely disappointed. I’ve been coming here since I went to Risidale Primary and I’m 35.
A client booked a same day collection on Wednesday the 17th of July 2024 and their parcel was only collected on the 18th of July 2024. I asked Courier Guy what happened and they blamed the driver without taking any accountability not did they rectify the issue. This caused a delay in service and Courier Guy doesn't seem to give a hoot about that. It doesn't end there. A same day delivery was booked on the 19th of July 2024 for the same client and now I'm being told it will be delivered on the 29th of July 2024 which is 10 days later. This absolutely repulsive to say the least. I expected Courier Guy to be professional at all times but boy was I wrong. Please save your money and use a different courier.
Takealot sold me a damaged and used Samsung microwave. The product is dented and makes an extremely loud noise when turned on, so much for a brand new product. Now they are giving me the run around with regards to getting a refund. Absolutely unprofessional and atrocious behaviour.
I am trying to cancel my contract. I paid my final payment and alerted Cell C months ago that I want to cancel this contract. Your agents told me different times for your cancellation department giving me the run around. I do not want to pay anymore money. I am done with Cell C and it seems they want to keep me on longer. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I would like to express my disappointment with 1-grid once again. I have been a customer since it was GridHost, and I must say that I am disappointed. The service is horrendous and extremely slow on numerous occasions, and due to this my relationship with them had come to an end, at least I thought it had come to an end. 1-grid has held onto all the services and domains I had asked them to transfer to my new service provider. They have not complied with transferring the rest of my domains. I will have no choice but to go the legal route if they continue to hold onto my domains when I do not owe them a cent. Do not waste your time and money with this incompetent entity.
I have constantly had issues with 1-grid if it's not the invoicing it's cancelling my services for no reason. They have made me pay twice and now even after paying my SSL certificate has not been generated. I've been with them for years and even since they re-branded from Gridhost it's been downhill. I placed an order for pull up banners. I placed one order for 2 banners and uploaded 2 piece of artwork. Why allow customers to upload multiple pieces of artwork on the same order if they require two separate orders for pull up banners? My order was supposed to be ready on the 19th of December and now the earliest date is the 8th of Jan. These banners are of no use to me now that I have a festival before then. I'm extremely disappointed and want my money back. They respond quickly to emails but when I request a refund I'm ignored.
Hi there, Yesterday I had lunch with my family which eventually turned into a dinner. We were at the Cape Town Fish Market at the V&A Waterfront for hours. We were served by multiple waiters and waitresses due to moving location as well as staff ending their shifts. However it came to our attention that there was a rude staff member at the establishement. Her name is Genovia and she was extremely rude, not only did she have no manners whatsoever but she spoke over each and everyone of us as customers. It was almost as if she had no idea what the meaning of customer service was. I am well aware of the racial climate in this city but it is however inevitable due to the lack of knowledge that some may have. Under normal circumstances this situation would been beneath me, however it is unfair for anyone else of any other race to go through this. She is destroying this business and it will be to the establishment's demise to keep her any longer. I myself do not encourage any loss of employment however I'm quite positive that someone who actually needs the job can do better. I have no idea how your policies work and how you enforce your code of conduct, but please have a look see. 1. She was extremely rude. 2. She bad mouthed a former colleague of hers (Tania) for leaving even though her shift ended. 3. She was extremely racist. 4. She used defamatory & derogatory terms towards us and I have evidence of this. 5. She stormed off even though we were still speaking to her. 6. I followed her to try and remedy the situation but she still continued. 7. A staff member fell and dislocated her arm and Genovia did not even show a hint of sympathy. 8. She spoke to us as if we were beneath her and showed no remorse through her atrocious behavior. Her attitude was distasteful and disgusting. I will be taking legal action against her and laying a case of crimen injuria, so I suggest that you come on board in remedying this situation. Your restaurant has come under scrutiny before because of such situations. I wonder if Mr Krugmann knows that there are people like this destroying his business. Please kindly advise on the way forward.
Hi, I am a young business owner and not only is Telkom taking away from that but they are also not solving an issue that regards their infrastructure. I have a line that used to belong to a previous owner and it has not been updated to my business profile which is why locating my profile makes the call take longer. I think I've spent more than R200 worth of airtime contacting Telkom as this is the 4th time they are attending to the same fault! My line dies after two weeks and I have to call every time this occurs to have a technician comes in and fixes it, but the issue persists. This issue has been escalated but no one has attended to this fault in more than a week! I am losing business and customers every hour that my line does not work.
My alarm went off and no security came at all. I am absolutely furious at the fact that I have been paying CAP and if I were to be robbed nothing would've happened. My insurance company would've not even covered the stolen items if the alarm system was faulty. This is so disappointing. A technician has been deployed but who is to say other South Africans are secure with a CAP security system? Please check if yours is fully functional before putting your guard down from something that is faulty!
