Having booked a appointment at my local Dischem Clinic 3 days in advance, it only took a mere hour of waiting to be seen. Staff where strained to answer even the simplest of questions. What seems to be the problem? Answer Sorry the nurse is busy. If you tied of being treated like a disposable customer, i whole heartily recommend your local pharmacy.
Tuesday morning 9 am, i'm online and buy a new Apple TV, paid by credit card. The next day Wednesday morning 10 am, my daughter phones me from home to tell me the Apple TV has been delivered. Wow, kudos to Apple and there courier who literally processed and delivered my order in 24 hours. Stunned and delighted
With the backdrop of the this months Bicycling magazines article "This is what your customer want" as a passionate mountain and road cyclist who delighted to support my LBS and all small business in SA, I have just one question: Why would the sales staff at Linden Cycles think its acceptable to ignore a customer standing in there doorway. This customer is waving goodbye to your lousy attitude.
