We are very much disappointed with my daughter a brand new online customer whom I have introduced to your products. The poor service she received starting from receiving half full products because leakage - to receiving x 2 Charcoal Foam Wash expiring in June. Finally, for her genuine concerns to be completely ignored by your Head Office this clearly shows you do not respect and/or value customers.
Rosebank College today 1st semester for 2021 academic year has just begun. But Zodwa a Rosebank College registered student, who has paid all her 1st semester fees inclusive of textbooks is not part of the class because of the lack textbooks. Your action of refusing to order her all required textbooks from Wizebooks OR refund her textbooks monies it is very unfair, unlawful and unethical.
31st December 2020 I paid for all my 2nd year 1st semester fees INCLUSIVE OF TEXTBOOKS. Surprisingly only in January this year I was informed by the Ops Manager David that in 2021 eBooks will be issued not TEXTBOOKS. I then decided to escalate the matter, raised my valid concerns as why, I will be extremely disadvantaged if forced to suddenly use eBooks instead of TEXTBOOKS. I further queried why such an enormous decision was taken first without any proper consultation with all distance returning students ? To my disappointment their so called Campus Manager Sagren Munsami lied, and choose to falsify or re engineer documents, claiming all distance students knew from December 2020 about eBook - while this it is NOT TRUE. While still in the state of shock I decided to further escalate the matter directly to IIE Director Felicity Coughlan, regrettably to date, Sagren Munsami is been protected, valid answers haven't been given either, as to WHY documents have been falsified without consequences. I also further and alternatively, requested that at least Rosebank College order me textbooks or she authorise only a textbooks refund so that I can purchase textbooks on my own directly from the supplier Wizebooks. Sadly Felicity Coughlan and IIE Registrar Shirley Ferndale + others have collectively decided they won't refund me or order the textbooks either. While knowing very well come next week I will be unable to continue with my 2nd year studies due to the lack of textbooks or none delivery of textbooks. Automatically I will be denied the rights to education - I will be unable to study, submit my academic work in time and even write exams. I am still disappointed, by being so unfairly treated - after having paid all fees INCLUSIVE OF TEXTBOOKS.
oRE IAFRICA TRANSCRIPTIONS EXTREME BAD SERVICE<br> The first transcriber did half job and issued a VERBACITY CERTIFICATE.<br> o After proof reading the transcripts I picked up some serious error's,defects,unlawful statement...etc.<br> oI raised my hand and notified Greda Du Plessis as per the above,she then told me that she will request her colleague to proof read the Original Transcripts and come back to me.<br> oThe following day I was forwarded the suppose to be new and corrected transcripts to my disappointment I picked up some issues and unlawful statements which is not in the recordings once again.<br> oFast forward the director named Nel Hertzog got involved,he made empty promises which he failed to fulfill.<br> oInstead he choose to engage a law firm as we speak I have been informed that an EXTORTION CASE WILL OPENED AGAINST ME and he also refusing to either appoint a new person to re transcribe afresh on a clean sheet or refund me in full.
I have previously purchased Defy DAC 510 fridge last December at Game Four Ways Mall.<br> <br> Just to summaries my own experience between December last and January this year I have inspected 7/8 units of the similar model as per the above,and in between I have also visited Defy Regional Offices situated in Denver where I was also disappointed to witness same hidden defects in the fridges which were presented to me,previously sealed in Defy boxes.<br> <br> Some hidden defects were also picked up by their own warehouse official who helped me not to choose another fridge full of hidden defects which I nearly picked after having missed some hidden defects in front of his Sales Manager.<br> <br> 22 January 2015 when I visited Defy Denver Branch we later concluded a new binding agreement between ourselves Charl promised me in front of everyone present that now I will be replaced with a new model KN 603 625 S at no extra cost to me.Suddenly he is twisting known facts,spreading lies about me,and stated he does not care if report Defy through the Media,NCC. <br> <br><div><br></div><div><em>(Report edited by Hellopeter.com)</em></div><div><br></div>
