BEWARE when selecting a Property Agent to purchase your Dream Home From
We were unfortunate enough to buy a Town House in Greenstone from Hennie (Henrene Properties (PTY) Ltd). From the day of signing the sale agreement with Hennie we have had fly solo and do ALL the follows ups and discussions with his Conveyancing Lawyer of choice. 10 days into moving in after a very long back and forth trying to get property registered in our name I notified Hennie of broken toilet seats, Kitchen cupboard falling off the wall and bedroom cupboard door literally coming off its hinges. None of the above was broken when I viewed the place on 3-4 occasions in the 4 months of waiting for registration. TO DATE NO RESPONSE OR ASSITANCE from Hennie to resolve issues, as this is now not his problem, he got his commission and moves on to the next sucker. What a disappointment as a First time Home Owner. I believed in Henny's "Mission Statement"on Website The ongoing mission will be to assist both home owners selling their homes as well as home buyers purchasing the home of their future, by providing professional and personal assistance. Ensuring customer’s best interest is always of the utmost importance.

BE CAREFULL THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT DELIVER AND EMPTY PROMISES ON REFUND
POOR SERVICE, NO COMMITTMENT, EMPTY PROMISES if you lucky to get them to answer their phones. Monies paid to Access4Hire for 18m boom 16/11/18. Boom never delivered, 13 days later and still chasing Chris Lee for refund.

CELL C BILLING DEP: PLS DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AGAIN - I WILL LAY A CASE OF THEFT AGAINST YOU!!! 24 MONTH CONTRACT EXPIRED 05/03/15<br> Month to month SIM top up requested 05/03/15 Billed pro-rata for March'15. CXD top up 10/03/15 yet Billed full month of April'15 and disconnected on the 10th April'15. Lodged query 16/04/15 ref: no 5042000232 \Cxd of contract"yet it was a billing query LOL. Have contacted Cell C for the past month only to be shoved from pillar to post \""having to do 3-4 security checks EVERY transfer. Email received 14/05/15 handing me over for the full amount of R411.61 yet have notified them via phone and email with POP that Mar'15 paid waiting for pro-rata bill for April'15. Contacted the excellent Customer Care again 15/05/15 to be transferred to all dept. even the cleaner if not mistaken. Legal Dept. claims not their problem and told by gent \""do what you awant I cant help you \""They then have the audacity to debit my account again midnight 16/05/15. <br> BRING IT ON CELL C I have had enough of YOUR CRAP SERVICE"""
