nearly 3 weeks ago I bought Translux tickets at this store. I requested the lady to have the return date on Monday 5th. She issued the tickets, handed it to me without even a Translux envelope!! When my son and myself got onto the bus we found that the return date was the 4th!!! this would mean we would only spend a single day at our destination.<br> <br> Saturday 2 October the MTN signal in the town I was visiting was off. I ended up only getting hold of Computicket later the morning to be told I need to make a penalty pmt and email it to them. Needless to say - banks were closed by then!!!!!! and this cannot be done via ATM.<br> <br> I had to buy a new set of tickets - after I called this store to make sure if I will be refunded. Jonathan assured me that won't be a problem, after I told him I would only be back in PE on 5th.<br> <br> Monday 5th pm I went to the store and Jonathan is not there. Lawrence assured me that he will sort it out by calling Computicket.<br> <br> He kept my ticket with him and regardless of how many attempts to get hold of him at the store, I have to this moment not had a single remark or attempt of feedback.<br> <br> Is this how Checkers handle all their complaints????
I was quoted to have my furniture moved.<br> <br> Now I am expected to pay almost double the original quote - and that for only half a truck was packed.<br> <br> DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS
I moved into the unit in November 2014, after paying my deposit the month before. I was 6 months into my rent contract of 1 yr and had to give notice. <br> <br> When I moved in to the unit it was SO dirty - it took me 2 days with cleaning ladies and very strong detergents to clean the unit. This after he claimed that it was cleaned. I have photo's to prove this. To top it all - a VERY strong smell of cat pee was all over the place (after he had it cleaned???)<br> <br> My notice was given 16 March to end contract on 30 April. This is because I was head hunted by a company in PE. <br> <br> Within a week they found a tenant that would take the rent over. The property got occupied on 1 May.<br> <br> I was only able to supply my bank details on 4 May. My deposit (R4000) was only refunded on 13th May! And to top it all - less than even half!!!<br> <br> He has not supplied me with a summary of how he got to this amount. He claims he deducted a cancellation fee as well as the original contract fee that I refused to pay because of receiving the place SO dirty.<br> <br> I know I am not the first person to have such a horrible experience with this man.<br> <br> This needs to STOP!!!<br> <br>
