I bought seed from Livingseed heirloom seeds - they claim it is heirloom but I have saved seed for the second time from two different varieties and the one lot came out as scroney misformed cucumbers and the other variety only had male flowers - I am so disappointed - feel taken for a ride .
Poorest of poor service. Two months of emails no answer - I dont think they even have a call centre because the phones are not answered. Maybe they are to busy with social events - all play and no work. I have never come across such poor service. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have noticed that hello peter is riddled with complaints about this company - all complaints answered with a computer generated message. Pathetic!!!

Every time I phone the call centre I wait for hours . First the agents do not know their procedures and when it comes to claims they don't pay because they clearly do not have a clue of what a PMB is . Or the play stupid. When claims gets questioned via their query system (e mail) they just do not attend to the query and you end up phoning the call centre and it is a disaster!!! They take your details and say please hang on the line - it then takes up to 15 min and no one gets back to you. Spoke to 2 agents Basana and Bulelwa. Oh and don't think they will phone back no no - it is your cell phone account that that goes sky hi and nothing gets done!!!!
I cancelled my contract in November and had to pay my last subscription in December which was done. I phoned the call centre in December again to confirm that I cancelled - They confirmed it on their system. Deduction went off in January but from February Virgin Mobile started deducting money from my bank account again . I went in to the bank an cancelled my debit order and reversed the money but Virgin Mobile is still deducting money from my account. I went the Virgin Mobile website and ask that someone must come back to me regarding this matter and I am still waiting.
