I had my car sent in for repairs in Feb, and when collecting we had minor issues, they did not match side mirrors properly, and there were still some visible marks, but they corrected it for us, and we were happy. Come June we noticed the paint on the door looked wrinkled and not smooth, it looked like the paint has sagged, so we had to take the car back to have it repaired under warranty. While in for repairs, for what the manager called "a bad repair job", I have struggled to get anyone to call me back or give me updates. I cannot believe that when doing a warranty repair this is how they treat customers, and when you tell them how difficult it has been to get hold of them, they seem to laugh it off. Do yourself a favor and find an alternative Panel beater. Not worth the headaches this place has caused!!!!
Not only are they not able to meet their own deadlines, but they are rude and completely unprofessional. They are yet to complete the varnish on our jungle gym, which has been fully paid for, AND the slide has already broken, almost injuring a child. It is not even worth it contacting them anymore to correct it, so we have hired a private contractor to complete and fix what they could not do themselves.

Dotsure's call center is always friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure dealing with them. I have not had to claim as yet (thankfully) but have all the forms and know exactly how to if i needed. I would recommend them to anyone in the market, they have great service and the price for their cover is also affordable.
I have been trying to get hold of MTN Contract Customer care for over 2 weeks now, initially to load a bolt on Data bundle, and then to question my high Data charges on 1 of my 2 contracts. I keep calling 808 from my cellphone, because if you attempt the 083 1 808 number on the land line, it simply says the number does not exist, i even tried the pre-paid customer care line in the hopes they could just transfer me, but have had no luck.<br> <br> Collectively I have spent over an hour and a half holding for assistance i am yet to receive.<br> <br> With other service providers offering to buy you out of your contract, I would expect better service, or at least someone to actually answer my call
