Unprofessional service, misleading and lies
The call out fee is R400 if their services are not utilized. Technician takes a quick look says the part which is not working is discontinued and must be bypassed, the new part is R1800 and the freezer will be regulated at the back which takes away half of the freezers capabilities and accessibility. I then phone Bosch who confirms that the part is not discontinued and will cost me R1000. I phone the technician and tell him that there is parts available, he then raise his voice and start to scream, this is when I put down the phone and called head office. Still awaiting their response.

Bad repairs, arrogant, terrible service
Gutter people came to my house, quoted to fix two gutters +-2meters and a roof leak for R4700.00. The one gutter is fixed, the other in a similar state than before. The roof leak is worse than before. I phoned 7 times to try and get somebody to come check with no success, they promise me I'm next on the list/somebody will phone me.... nothing has happened in more than 4 months.
