I bought a washing machine from Game stores and the motor wasn't working the picked electro service Centre to do the repairs, the assessor came out and collected the machine for repairs on the 22 May 2024. I have done multiple follow ups and my washing machine has still not been returned and it's already the 14th June. This is unacceptable and seems like a ****. I want my machine returned in full working order. Everytime we call we get a different story. I want answers.

As agents/call centre you recommend unreliable service companies. MVT Appliances is overpriced and dont know what they are doing. Come out for one job then the machine does not work now its the motor? What is the actual problem with my speed queen? Dont know because I dont trust their work ethics. I have been waiting a price for my repairs since 3 Sept. On 7 Sept I phoned back to deal with the matter and I was assured you would call back. Today 8 Sept I phoned and was assured I will be contacted by 10am. Well its now 12h45 and still no response! I now phoned and they said oh sorry but it will cost R3820.00 for a new motor. There is no stock and will take 7 to 14 working days. They cannot guarantee me that if I do the repairs this will sort out my problem?

We're a guest house/coffee shop currently under lockdown restrictions (not open for service) who came across Electro Service online and completed their fill-in form ito stove repairs. A seemingly polite enough technician arrived the next day, tweaked an oven hinge, and inspected a second oven which he explained would require parts still to be costed. However, after he left, I noticed that the technician gave our business a Google review of 3 out of 5 (with no written review added), even though he had not made use of any of our services. This was dragging down our perfect 5 out of 5 Google review track-record. I called Electro Service's landline to get to the bottom of this, but my concerns were dismissed with a 'we have no control over what our technicians do'. I then messaged the technician directly ito this, and he apologised profusely and explained that it must have been a pocket-dial error. I believed him and accepted his apology. However, I'm still unimpressed with the attitude of Electro Service (Centre) and it came as no surprise when I found so many scathing reviews on them. In addition to this, they did not explain to me that the technician they sent me was an independent contractor, and not in their employ. Poor communication s****s and information sharing on their part.

These technicians are not trained! I was charged R750 (call out is R500 which is deductible should you not accept their quote and yet I was charged that plus R250 for minimal cleaning of my machine). My dishwasher’s strange sound was intermittent so they only rinsed the filter as they found no fault so no issues there. My Samsung washing machine had been pausing and sometimes would not start again. I showed them videos and they saw it pause. They said it was heating up water which is absolute rubbish! I have had the machine for 5 years so I know how it works. Anyone who knows anything about washing machines knows the water is heated as it enters the machine and not after. They said to call again if there were further issues. I contacted the company again and said it’s now not working and they should send someone else. I googled the problem and bought a pcb which was the issue and contacted them again and told them to send someone to put that in since I need a technician for the warranty. They tried putting it in and my machine was totally dead after they “worked” on it. They said they would send a van to collect it on Monday to collect it and take it to Bez Valley because it needed serious care. Amazing after the same guy said nothing was wrong! Monday afternoon I reminded him to collect and I was ignored. On Wednesday I contacted the company and told them their service is disgusting and my machine is totally unusable after their technician worked on it. I demanded a speedy reply and speedy service and if my machine was not fixed I demanded a refund. The technician contacted me on Friday (yesterday) to ask if I am home and I replied saying I got someone else to fix the machine already. The reason why my machine was totally dead: these untrained technicians swapped wires around!!! I would like a full refund since they could not even diagnose a problem, they gave the worst service and they have not once contacted me to apologise or offer a different technician. I had to contact them and even ask if anyone was going to help me. Disgusting service.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! In June this year my Speed Queen when spinning was marking the clothes with tiny black marks I got in touch with Ryan my telling him the problem knew what it could be and to get the parts will cost me R4.400.00 which an EFT was done straight away and by the by they advertise in huge letters repairs tobe done on site as moving equipment damages which they avoid. Needless to say that was right up my alley only to find out this was not the case as Mind said the job was too big todo on site which needs tobe taken to the workshop once he opens machine up he will know what the problem is. After 14 days machine returned doing exactly the same as before but huge black rings on everything destroying clothing after a few calls machine taken back to workshop as the first diagnosis didn't seem tobe the problem it's now other seals. 3 weeks later Mind brought the machine back after many calls as it's impossible to take that long. I could only use machine 2 days later as the rain when delivering soaked through and had to dry out..... wait for it. ..wait.... yes you guessed right NO DIFFERENCE STILL LEAKING Clothes have perfect polka dots lovely hey. I phoned the place again and Djan said it's now the gearbox and seals and they're trying their best to get a 2nd hand one when I guestioned why 2nd hand as brand new would be R30.000.00 told to me and he then added the seals they got from Speed Queen cost them R900.00 . Now I ask you what was done with my R4.400.00 not my problem machine has to go in for 3rd time . How can one trust this company

I had a small problem on my electronic polisher that I was thinking that I'm going to pay through my neck to either replacing the polish mashine or to get it repaired! To my pleasant surprise did these friendly people not just assist me in my needs but they did really surprise me. Friendly and fast service and more than happy to recommend them to every one that want to get their electronic equipment fixed. The technician there was very friendly and accommodating and listened to what I think but he said that I don't have to worry because he will take care of it a d wich he did!! Thanks to all there that made a new customer for life, I wouldn't even think or bother by going to another place!! Thanks guys for a job well done and the awesome service!!
