Ordered Mellerware Ma baker.. Got the original box that looked like it was opened before from clear tape used to reseal. I should've opened it just there at pickup point. Yesterday night I diced to open it for my wife. Shocking nasty surprise was inside the box. It's not a Mellerware but some or other brand that is a similar make for abroad. No English on mashine and it's a Taurus 🤬 Normally you'll get a recipe book with mashine inside the box.. That is also missing. I always buy my stuff through Takealot. I'm so shocked and so disappointed. I'm definitely not purchasing anything by them anymore!!!!!
Client service sucks. Paid accounts in full before end of term. Legal actions fees added to costs. I've tried to understand how but a very rude person tried explaining and I've tried my utmost best to understand what he was telling me. After making any form of arrangements Wesbank still continued with legal procedures. They don't tell you if you ask for a settlement amount that any of the legal fees that occurred is added in the settlement amount given. They are totally not up to scratch in the legal department nor at complaint center at Wesbank. Why not telling customers in the beginning what's included in the settlement. I've paid through my neck on interests. They made more than they would've and yet keep on demanding more and more sucking everything out of you. They are the worst service provider by far. Will never use Wesbank ever. Standard bank is in many ways better at this. Never ever had problems like this in my life. Why are they not open to anything especially in very difficult times. Thanks but no thanks. Ylure a money *** for them!!
Sick and tired for excuses and explanation if you ever get a call back after loging complaint or trying to get them to do a so called investigation into your matter. You raise your opinion, making calls with no actions. This is so pathetic. After complaining and a bad review on hellopeter they don't seem to care at all. Krugersdorp Branch called me and explained their side of their story as to why they can't assist me but no one would even bother to look little bit deeper into my complaints over the past 2 years on one specific case. They said they'll foward the matter to relevant department for investigation thus knowing it will never be resolved. They know exatly how to waste time both Krugersdorp and Randburg branch. I trusted Krugersdorp branch to sort out what Randburg branch couldn't but only to get a kick in the face.Their excuse after wasting my time they come back telling me my policy lapsed somewhere for a period of 2 months and therefore can't revert me to a lawyer for assistance, so after spending plus minus 6 plus months on the very same case that was running for 1 and half year at Randburg branch before policy has lapsed they still did just exactly the very same thing as the Randburg branch going back and forth with nothing to show. If by any chance LegalWise has any reputation left they would've resolved my case long time back but instead they're ignoring facts that they have wasted my time by both Krugersdorp and Randburg branch. LegalWise only see me the customer as the bad person here. LegalWise services is truly the worst I've ever experienced. This is so unreal and unbelievable!
The worst there is, They can't even resolve a matter within one and a half year except going through almost 5 different advisers and 10 plus complaints loged for people not doing their job. I'm so disgust en tired for a excuse of a service provider that take your money without any service at all. I feel that LegalWise is a huge scam!! Talking from experience this past 2 years. I have everything on black and white as well as phone recordings to show the worst level of incompetence within LegalWise.
There's no business that gives you what LegalWise does. It's by far THE worst of worst businesses. It takes 2 legal representatives to still not sort a one single case that's now going on for 10 months now. With one of these representatives I was told that there is no guarantee that the case would be successful and she'll try in 6 days to see what she can do and if nothing happens then it have to wait till next year. Legalwise Randburg is already on holiday... Actually sins from just before lock when I actually lodged my case towards RMA by LegalWise Randburg. There is no services for sure worse than Legalwise. I'm so fed up with their excuses. They are time and money waiters for no services rendered. Don't be fooled by adverts on " Don't talk to me.... Talk to my lawyer" there's no one that takes control, have pride nor having your interests at heart. Only in for money.... That's it! Don't know why a business like them can operate in such a manner!
I had a small problem on my electronic polisher that I was thinking that I'm going to pay through my neck to either replacing the polish mashine or to get it repaired! To my pleasant surprise did these friendly people not just assist me in my needs but they did really surprise me. Friendly and fast service and more than happy to recommend them to every one that want to get their electronic equipment fixed. The technician there was very friendly and accommodating and listened to what I think but he said that I don't have to worry because he will take care of it a d wich he did!! Thanks to all there that made a new customer for life, I wouldn't even think or bother by going to another place!! Thanks guys for a job well done and the awesome service!!
Took a contract out with no permission what so ever to bill me for a couple of things like techtrace, hotspotter and other!try to send message on their own website and doesn't want to go through!I even try to call numerous times to try and resolve issues but the number doesn't work!There is debits that goes off my bank account every month now for over a year that I didn't want and just then it go off when there is no funds for these unwanted crap on my bank account, which leaves me with a bad name by my bank with 4 unpaid debit orders and my bank charge per unpaid debit order R138 and return item charge of R58 and the are 4 off these each month!I didn't want these things!Elite mobile is very bad when it comes to their customers!!!!I've tried to cancel the contract within 30 days when I took out the contract!now I'm stuck with bigger problems!My bank doesn't want to help me any more!!!The other thing is that I never ever had a invoice or what so ever from elite!!!they are just in for money with no caring about customer relations or service!!bad bad bad!!!
