I have been trying to login to your website for a month. It keeps saying incorrect credentials and that I must reset my password. I have been trying to reset my password since the second of December 2025 but to no avail. Either the reset OTP never comes. On the rare occasion that the OTP arrives, and I reset the password, an error message saying sequence contains no elements. What are these elements? The passwords that I create contain 16 characters containing one lower case letter, one upper case letter, one digit and one special character. This is an extract of the e-mail I sent on the 5th of December 2025 to Ithuba Lottery and I have not received a response to date. The problem has NOT been resolved. I try every day. I have used different computers and different browsers. Nothing works. I also tried to get the app from the Play Store. The app cannot be downloaded onto Android phones. I have tried two different models. All I ask is for three things to happen: 1, Reply to my e-mails, 2. Fix your faulty website - it does not have a scroll bar!!! 3. Fix your app.
I wish there was a minus 100 rating because that is what Planet Fitness truly deserves. This company just wants your money and does not do what they say. But what else can I expect from a company that has lied to me from day one. First, I was told by Thapelo that I would a month's free membership. It did not happen. Then, Joy said three times that no debit order would go off in September 2021. So not true. Then I make payments in advance and send them a proof of payment and still they deduct my money from my account. Then, I get a statement from Planet Fitness stating that they owe me money... But I won't get a refund? If you want to join a gym, DO NOT JOIN PLANET FITNESS. It is run by lying, thieving crooks,
Since September 2020 I have been battling to sort out payments regarding my membership. The call centre is of no help. 1. The phone is never answered or no is placed on hold for 45 minutes. 2. The agents are rude!! 3. I do not have record of the call. Last time I spoke to a Planet Fitness call centre agent and repeat something three times and yet the opposite happened. 4. They do not reply to e-mails.
Terrible service. Totally incompetent. First being told the driver could not find my address which makes no sense because I didn't have to enter my complete address as the system picked it up and I wrote instructions to my place the delivery comment... Then I was told that they couldn't find my order on the system... What complete hogwash. I had to approve products for substitution. I hope my refund takes 48 hours... Deleting this app immediately. Never using them again.
I would never ever purchase any product from Matt Arend again. It took three and a half months for them to deliver the timepiece I ordered. They do not reply to the emails when you follow up on the matter. I was promised a refund for my shipping fees as the timepiece had to be returned twice. To date, I have not received my money back. This morning Matt did not even want to take my call even though I could hear him and Shaheem speaking in the background when I tried to follow-up on when I am getting my shipping fees refund.
In September 2014, I took out a thirty-six months or up to 60 000km maintenance and service plan. When my car reached 60 000km in September 2016, I extended this plan for another twenty-four months or up to 92 500km. Today, when I took my car in for its 90 000km service. Liquid capital says my plan has expired because the first plan was only valid for two years. How does thirty-six months equal two years? Their costumer care agents do not answer their phones nor do their they e-mail as promised.

I would NEVER recommend Bulls Removals to anyone.<br /> <br />We agreed that the movers would arrive at 10:00. They arrived at 08:30. I was not at home. I was expecting them later. <br /> <br />They said that there would be FOUR movers. There were only THREE. <br /> <br />We agreed to a 9-ton truck. The truck that arrived was half that size and I doubt that it was road-worthy. <br /> <br />The movers threw my belongings around. If they were not throwing the boxes, they were dragging the boxes on the floor which caused scuff marks on the floor. <br /> <br />They did not handled my fragile belongings with care. My partner even had to reprimand them a number of times for this.<br /> <br />They wrapped my hand-made suede couch in a muddy blanket. It is now covered in dirt. They did not wrap my bed in a mattress sleeve (which was agreed upon). My mattress is now filthy. My wooden furniture all have scratches. The fridge looks like it was in a war with all the dents that are in it. This all happened during the on-load of the truck.<br /> <br />I informed Bulls Removals that all movers should have valid work permits to enter the estate. I even sent them the document that about the estate's rules about furniture removal trucks. Only one of the movers had a valid work permit, and thus the other two movers could not enter the estate. In the end, MY PARTNER AND I having to OFFLOAD the truck.<br /> <br />I am still waiting for my request for refund.</p>
