As agents/call centre you recommend unreliable service companies. MVT Appliances is overpriced and dont know what they are doing. Come out for one job then the machine does not work now its the motor? What is the actual problem with my speed queen? Dont know because I dont trust their work ethics. I have been waiting a price for my repairs since 3 Sept. On 7 Sept I phoned back to deal with the matter and I was assured you would call back. Today 8 Sept I phoned and was assured I will be contacted by 10am. Well its now 12h45 and still no response! I now phoned and they said oh sorry but it will cost R3820.00 for a new motor. There is no stock and will take 7 to 14 working days. They cannot guarantee me that if I do the repairs this will sort out my problem?
I certainly do not recommend this company. My speed queen machine is worse now than when I called them out. Not reliable, do not arrive for appointments. My machine is now worse than what it was before the repairs. When they came out for the job I was told replace the chain belt and jockey pulley. Now my machine wont even wash/spin/rinse. 1st it was the chain belt now its the motor? Repairs could be up to R8500 for this price I could buy a new machine.
They do not live up to their promise to resolve unresolved matters My call logged is still unattended to. My extended warranty for faulty HP 4675 printer still has not been attended to.
I bought an HP 4675 DESKJET printer on 25 Jan 2018 with an extended warranty. On 15 Feb 2019 I took the printer to Makro Centurion and was informed that I must complete a extended warranty form which I did. I was to keep my printer as HP will contact me to do the repairs on site. To date nobody has contacted me and I cannot contact Makro on their number provided ********** as nobody answers the phones.
