Fraudulent , Unprofessional ,Expensive and Unreliable.
This company charged us R4020.00 to repair our refrigerator on the 05 /01/2021. We paid them cash and they just disappeared. We called the following day to let them know that the fridge is not working . until this day, they have never come back to us despite the money they stole from us . They are running a fraudulent scheme and not to be trusted .

poor service delivery
https://mvt-tech.co.za/ MVT-TECH is very eager to sign you up the problem is, they always needs to do urgent upgrades if the wind blow the line of sight does not line up and signal is lost they ignore the poppi act and use whatsapp, refuse to use alternative options I ask for a 50MPBS line and barely got 10MPBS being struggling a very long time for them to see whats wrong, they even changed my equipment twice after a long time I decided to move to someone else they also dont refund you if you dont get what you pay for

Unreliable service from MTV Appliances
One star is possible. Their “so-called warranty “ doesn’t mean a thing! Slow to respond and slower to communicate. Late, unreliable. Will recognise your number and ignore you.

Worst possible and Fraudulent Service
This is the WORST experience you can get from a company claiming to do Repairs to Appliances. In addition they are fraudulent and committed theft while working on my appliance. They were quick to come out for the initial "repair", changed a part and the machine lasted for 3 weeks. Then it took a few days to get them back for the same problem. They came out, replace the part with a second hand part (not from a box). The machine did not even work for a full cycle. I tried to get them out for more than 2 weeks where after I gave up. I also discovered they stole the rear Panel of the machine. PLEASE DO NOT EVER MAKE USE OF THEIR SERVICE.

OVERPRICED AND UNRELIABLE
I certainly do not recommend this company. My speed queen machine is worse now than when I called them out. Not reliable, do not arrive for appointments. My machine is now worse than what it was before the repairs. When they came out for the job I was told replace the chain belt and jockey pulley. Now my machine wont even wash/spin/rinse. 1st it was the chain belt now its the motor? Repairs could be up to R8500 for this price I could buy a new machine.

If I had the option of 0 stars, that would have been my choice. This company is fraudulent. Come out to repair appliance, "fix" them, over quote, and then after a day the appliance is in much worse condition than before. If you contact them to honor 6 months guarantee, they make an appointmen, do not show, when you follow up, they are on their "way"... It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting! PLEASE DO NOT EVER MAKE USE OF THEIR SERVICE, rather just throw your money down the drain!!!

Fraudulent Service from MVT Appliances
Don't use this business. Operated by Mine Shabangu. He was employed to fix a washing machine. I paid R1400 cash. The machine was left in a worse state and the "6 Month warranty" meant nothing as repeated call's to fix the problem was ignore.
