https://mvt-tech.co.za/ MVT-TECH is very eager to sign you up the problem is, they always needs to do urgent upgrades if the wind blow the line of sight does not line up and signal is lost they ignore the poppi act and use whatsapp, refuse to use alternative options I ask for a 50MPBS line and barely got 10MPBS being struggling a very long time for them to see whats wrong, they even changed my equipment twice after a long time I decided to move to someone else they also dont refund you if you dont get what you pay for
I order a television on Loot.co.za They said 2 days delivery on the website They also said if I pay R200 they do next day delivery. when I placed the order, they said on the order, deliver is in 2 weeks, after I paid extra I tried to phone to them, but there phone line is not working I sent them around 10 emails without any response, They said email them of post to Twitter, but they just don't reply There service is really bad and I don't recommend any to buy from them I did try to cancel the order, but they just ignored me completely, I am aware with Covid it is difficult, but surely they could have added a note about the problems on there website
My Gwm handle was loose. I went to Gwm West rand. The departments manager just said I need to buy a new handle without even going to look at the handle to see what was wrong. I went to Gwm Strubens Valley branch since it was closer to my home, when I order the part I did ask the clerk if they will be able to install it also. He said it won't be a problem When he phoned to tell me I must collect the handle they wanted to charge me another R700 to spray it and R700 to install it The I took the handle to our mechanic at work and it turned out that it was just a loose *****. He did not even charged me to fix it. After various emails and phone calls to Gwm they said they will pay me back the handle bar money but will deduct handily and delivery fee, the handle was R480. They paid me back R125. I reckon it is unreasonable since the manager did not even bother to go and inspect what was wrong. No the one dealer wants to push the blame towards the other and don't want to give me back all my money, they can keep the money if it is such a big problem for them. This is why Toyota service delivery is so much better and I will only buy Toyota in future. Next time I will spent a bit more money in the end but will now I will get better service
