Takealot is normally incredibly efficient!! Except when things go wrong….
If I could give no stars, I would. I would rather give a big scoop of **** which is exactly how Netstar has treated me. Firstly it’s a mission to get anyone to help you. You are being transferred from one person to the next because no one actually wants to help you!!! This is the worst company and customer service EVER!!
One star is possible. Their “so-called warranty “ doesn’t mean a thing! Slow to respond and slower to communicate. Late, unreliable. Will recognise your number and ignore you.

Last year I used ChatBack and was very impressed. This year, after I paid and forwarded the required documents, I am unable to get any response from ChatBack
