I would like to write a review about Dial direct. I have been contacted and assisted in a friendly and professional way. The lady knew what she was talking about and she was very humble and patient and one could hear she really meant every word she was saying. I am very pleased with the awesome service I received. This is now the second Vodacom deduction in two months for an account I don't even have with them, but now the deduction has doubled and I am furious! The ***** query has been logged for almost a month now, and no feedback on what's happening, only an sms that the query has been logged. I knew that the second deduction was bound to happen and now it did. I am on vacation for the long weekend with my family and not in a town that has a bank to go and sit on a long que and waste my time for them to reverse a bank decuction made for the second time where I don't even have an account with them. Now I don't even have enough money to get through the long weekend. Thank you very much. First amount was R2250 (Feb) and now again R4600 (March) ! π‘π π€¬π€ I received a SMS for the investigation and the deduction was made (second time) on the same day. So ironic. This is utter ridiculous.
We hired hay bales for our wedding which we collected on the 09/04/2015. We returned them on the 13/04/2015 and our driver was advised that I needed to send my bank details on to them for the deposit refund. <br> <br> It's been over a month and I am still waiting for the refund. I have sent numerous emails and called them and I was told that it will be rectified and they will get back to me but still no avail.<br> Hawk Events And Function Hire's service and feedback is terrible and unacceptable towards their clients. I will never ever deal with them again!
