Goodday
I have been telephoned by numerous agents at a company called R & T Attorneys - tel: 0873107700 and (051) 5057600 - situated in Bloemfontein. I called the number back as they had left a voicemail. They requested my ID number and claimed that I had been handed over to themselves for an Edgars account. Due to recently being a victim of fraud and impersonation with African Bank and this has been sorted out and deleted off my name, I am VERY VERY ANGRY and DISGUSTED in the mannerisms these people speak to a person. I have never ever had an Edgars account. And upon querying when this account was opened - answer was 1997!!!! Really?? and this is the first time I get called about this? Very very disrespectful, cocky attitude consultants. I demanded documentation hereof and have been told they do not have it! I was threatened that my ITC record is listed with this!!!! And, I see it isn't. Please R & T Ramatelo Attorneys....someone better contact me with an explanation!
I have been shocked with a recent discovery that I have an ITC listing for Furniture City (apparently African Bank) upon trying to apply for a bond application about 2 months ago. Needless to say, I was beyond livid. I have NEVER EVER had a loan/account/furniture account (beyond me as how African Bank became involved)! I have contacted them directly, I have been to their actual branch in Goodwood to try and sort this out - I have send through the documentation needed. I have requested for the original contract to be sent to me to establish who this is who has my details and has used them. This account is 5 years (more) old!!!!!! How on earth can this come to light now!!!!! How is it that this was not picked up many years ago? How is it that this can continue for 5 years and more running and still nothing done about it? But I find this out upon doing a bond application. I have liasied, called NUMEROUS NUMEROUS times, emailled, etc to their call centres (various departments), and still no JOY!!!! in the meantime my life needs to grind to a disgusting holt, not to mention the attitudes one receives in trying to sort out something that is not yours! Please, really - help?!!!!!
Good day all,
I have never ever, in all my 25 years of being a customer to various supermarkets, retailers etc, experienced what I experienced yesterday. I went to our local Pick n Pay supermarket to purchase a few goods for dinner. Upon approaching the check out lines, I realised the queues were 20 to 30 customers waiting, some patiently and some impatiently, to be assisted. 3 check out tills open during peak-time of 17h30?????? How does that even make sense. Other staff of Pick n Pay staying around casually chatting oblivious to the chaos around them. I proceeded to the Ciggarette Counter, where we are able to pay for goods aswell, there were 2 people in front of me, and about 4 - 5 people queueing behind me shortly after. When I was at the cashier, I had a tub of body cream in my hands, purchased at the chemist just minutes earlier, and the cashier took this from my hands to scan it. I mentioned this was not purchased in Pick n Pay (they do not sell this medicinal product at all), upon which I was looked at with raised eyebrows and she \inspected"the tub. She then proceeded by asking me if I wish to purchase a plastic bag. I answered yes"
