Harassment!!!! Incorrect detail
R & T Attorneys keep sending me threatening sms' to pay my Jet Account. I do not have a Jet account. I have contacted them numerous times to tell them that I am not Mrs Ngumi, but they refuse to delete my number off the system and then their call centre agents are rude. I need this to stop.

COLLECTION PRESCRIBED DEBT
The company is refusing to send statements. They have been sending out SMS's weekly for a payment that was due on the 15 Oct 2018. Payment was made. According to them they cant remove the sms from their system. Upon calling them the so called employee said that I am not an client and I have no right's in making any requests. Her words to me was you are black listed and you will need to pay up. But every sms they send they charge you a arm and a leg. Really how will one then ever be able to pay off an account.

COLLECTION PRESCRIBED DEBT

Hi I have settled 1 of my accounts that was handed over to them on May, its been 3 months already. I have called them 2 weeks back asking them to remove it from the bureau, they promised to do so but its still there.

<p>I was called by R & T Attorneys Agents numerous times about my Edgars Account - Tel: ********** 700 and (051) ********** . I was given a settlement to pay R660.00. They kept on reminding me and I payed at Edgars Stores and I thought to myself, finaly I got rid of them but I didn't know that was just a start. They called me again that I owe R515.00 towards my account and I am not planning to pay untill they pay me back my R660.00. I know you not going to respond to this letter, I dont care but one day someone will.</p> <p> </p> <p>So please stop calling and SMSing me, I will pay your R515.00 when you pay me back my R660.00 finish and clar.</p>

I will not pay you a cent.
<p>R & T Attorneys keep sms requesting payment for a Standard Bank account I have no knowledge about. I have already contact you guys to tell you that I only have 1 Standard Bank account DMC attorneys for which I am paying. I also have a Capitec account with MBDCS. All other debit has been prescribed - I haven't paid any other accounts for over 3 years. Please stop threating me and sending me sms to pay becuase I won't.</p>

<p>R & T Attorneys keep sms requesting payment for a Standard Bank account I have no knowledge about. I have already contact you guys to tell you that I only have 1 Standard Bank account DMC attorneys for which I am paying. I also have a Capitec account with MBDCS. FRAUD!!!! HARASSMENT
Goodday<br> I have been telephoned by numerous agents at a company called R & T Attorneys - tel: 0873107700 and (051) 5057600 - situated in Bloemfontein. I called the number back as they had left a voicemail. They requested my ID number and claimed that I had been handed over to themselves for an Edgars account. Due to recently being a victim of fraud and impersonation with African Bank and this has been sorted out and deleted off my name, I am VERY VERY ANGRY and DISGUSTED in the mannerisms these people speak to a person. I have never ever had an Edgars account. And upon querying when this account was opened - answer was 1997!!!! Really?? and this is the first time I get called about this? Very very disrespectful, cocky attitude consultants. I demanded documentation hereof and have been told they do not have it! I was threatened that my ITC record is listed with this!!!! And, I see it isn't. Please R & T Ramatelo Attorneys....someone better contact me with an explanation!
